If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had an appointment 10/5 to find a leak and repair my tire. Long story short, they couldn't find the leak. My vehicle requires a wheel lock key to remove my tires....?. Guess what!!???! They lost the wheel lock key! It has been 2 weeks. I got in writing that they lost it and would replace the set. All this time (2 weeks) my tire is still losing air. I call them for an update, they never ordered the wheel lock set! I had to take it to the dealership. Tire Discounters agreed to reimburse me for what the dealership would charge to replace the wheel lock set. I was informed I had to call to order a new set as the customer. The dealership could not. Mind you my tire is still going flat. My current tires still have 20k mileage left on the warranty but I did not get road hazard warranty. After the dealership looked at the tire I was informed I needed to replace the tire due to where the leak was. Mind you tire discounters couldn't find the leak after putting it in their "dunk tank" and losing my wheel lock key and not putting my valve stem cap back on my tire. Tire Discounters in Amelia are so dysfunctional and unprofessional! I will NEVER bring my business/needs there EVER again! Be aware!!!!

My boyfriend called TO SCHEDULE AN APT with this Tire Discounters for a tire rotation and an oil change. The manager STEVE advised “oh no worries buddy you don’t need an apt, we don’t have any apts in the morning at 8am so just bring it in then and we’ll get it done within an hour for ya” We then do as Steve says the very next day. Cut to, my boyfriend misses a half day of work, and had to take my car to get to work so he doesn’t miss out on anymore pay because of this managers lack of organization, punctuality and communication skills. They barely gave us a discount after all of the headache we had to deal with. When I asked the manager Steve why on gods green earth should it ever take nearly 8 hours (which is what the time ended up being when we could finally pick up the truck) for a tire rotation and oil change, he explained “well it’s because he didn’t make an appt” HE TOLD US NOT TO SCHEDULE AN APPT. Why are you guys taking more work throughout the day if you are booked with appts? Please get it together. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
UPDATE: 09.11.24
Since I have left this review I was suppose to personally hear from the regional manager within 48-72 business hours. I had not heard from anyone. So I placed a call back to customer service to get an update and I was advised the regional manager “didnt have the time” to give me a call and give an update but we were issued a refund. The manager Steve at the Amelia location said he found out the employee who conned us failed to change the oil filter, or even just put the gasket plug back on. So my boyfriend’s truck was leaking the oil that they just changed. It appears the only thing the employee did was take the old oil out and put new in. Not only that but he was also suppose to receive a tire rotation and balance and it has been proven they did not do this service either. This place is an absolute joke and highly recommended doing your own oil change before bringing your vehicle to this dumpster fire of an establishment.

9 am appointment for a tire plug. Called yesterday and chose to make an appointment for today instead of being walk in yesterday and not knowing how long it will take. It’s now 9:38 and my car is still sitting in the parking lot. My tires were purchased at the Hebron, KY location on May 9, 2024. When you make an appointment aren’t you supposed to get in at the appointment time. That’s definitely been my experience at other places of business. Edit: car taken back at 9:45 am.

Changed this post. From 2 stars to negative stars... they owe me stars. Service is terrible. First, they put my tire on backward when there's clearly arrows that show which side is to be facing out. After showing them this so they can fix it. They again put it on backwards. After pointing it out to me. It's like going to a cop and showing them a video of yourself running a red light. Will never go to Amelia Tire Discounters again. I would recommend the one on 8600 Beechmont Ave.

Kalen & Gary are on it! They both deserve a raise. First time I wasn’t 100% bored while getting my tires done. Thanks!

We had a great experience here getting a new tire on. The guys up front were friendly, helpful, and informative. Everyone had great attitudes and work ethic - while waiting in the lobby we saw employees helping each other out, going the extra mile for customers, and acting with efficiency. We will be repeat customers!

Avoid Amelia location. The sales man up front named gary was telling customers how slow the service would be because the new tire techs are retards. Was told an alignment would take 30 minutes but ended up being an hour and a half. Once my car was finished my keys sat on the desk for another 45 minutes. Arrived for my appointment at 3 and left around 7pm.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had trying to deal with supposed mechanics. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing constant price gouging and price increases. They damaged brand new rotor caliper brake pads on the driver side and then tried to say they were faulty parts only 4 to 5 days old. Then they try to run the old you know the mechanic scam. For sure tire discounters damaged parts that were brand new then when the consumer expresses pleasure the consumer gets the police called on them with false statements made to police about phone interaction.lawsuit inbound. I will not be placed under threat or distress by any corporation especially a corporation with lackies as dishonest as what I've experienced in my opinion. Update as of 7/112024 have had hoses replaced again and now no sticky breaks. Tire discounters either didn't do original repair or installed faulty break line caused damage to two sets of brand new calipers rotors and brake pads. Was also told that the trucks calipers were completely seized to the rotors rotors calipers and brakes only had 12 mi on them when I pulled into tire discounters to simply have them bleed the brakes and replace two front brake lines. This was another lie picked the vehicle up and the calipers were not stuck nor seized in the fashion that they were saying that the vehicle was not drivable. At this point tire discounters owes me a set of rotors a set of brake pads and a set of calipers for the front of the truck in perfect working condition other than the brake lines when I pulled on their lot now that I have caught their shadiness and refused to be price gouged or frauded with the police being called stating that I am a belligerent just simply asking questions I guess tire discounters doesn't feel like they should be questioned. In reality they owe me much more after the attempt to place the consumer under threat and diress. Too many lies from tire discounters in 2 days to even keep track of completely unreputable does not navigate in any type of honor.

I had a tire go completely flat, but my Honda hybrid has no spare. I slowly made it to TD in Amelia. My tire size I needed was uncommon and therefore not in stock. That is when Eric the manager kicked in and got me two tires from another location. A stressful situation came to a comfortable ending. Always deal with TD!
