So we chose them to fill the tank.Fast forward to Saturday before New Years, we woke up to a cold house, and quickly realized we ran out of propane! We called Queen City to find out they were closed for the holiday weekend. We tried calling other suppliers in a panic, but ended up getting the run around, extra charges thrown at us, told we needed a separate tank, and even transferred to random call centers in who knows where in the hopes of talking to a sales person.Lynda from Queen City Propane called us back shortly thereafter (even though they were closed), immediately put our minds at ease and got us scheduled.
