Friendly staff, clean environment, pricing is very good based on comparison to some of the other vets I've taken my pet to. Most importantly, they were good to my cat, and he's not easy to deal with. In fairness the other local vet clinics I visited over the years were good too, but I'd say this is the top one.

Most of my life, more than 60 years, I have had dog(s). I never considered a cat but we adopted a kitten and now we are first time cat owners. The staff here is wonderful and they truly adore the animals brought to them for care. They answered my barrage of questions about caring for my new kitty and gave me answers based on the best interest of my kitten and us and explained why those answers were given. This was our first visit to this vet and I can say we are won over. As our kitten grows they told me I can bring her in for a quick weight update with no office visit charge so we can make sure she has the correct dose of her flea and other parasites protection. How cool is that? Top shelf service. Dr. Hays, Hillary, and Michelle; I tip my hat to you and the rest of the crew.

Good vet! And staff was really great to . Stopped in for my yearly RABIES SHOT, being a werewolf sometimes its hard to get Good medical care. Hey i only worry about it once a month at full moon, And these guys dont PROFILE you they just help.

We would like to thank you sooo much for helping us identify the reasons for the irritation on our Baby's head. You treated her ear infection and she has healed and is more loving now than ever because she is no longer hesitant about us petting her head. Not very happy with Main Street Animal Hospital. My dog is a bit clingy, always has to know where I am (not so with my husband), and takes her a while to warm up for new people. She needed shots and had an ear infection. Vet suggested meds to calm her and bring her in the next day. I did this, but they would not allow me to be with her, which really upset her and caused her to growl. When I went back for 2nd round of shot, they took her yet again and would not allow me to be with her. She does so much better with me. She is my family, and I have never been to a vet where they take her some place without me to administer any meds.
I ordered heartworm with flea protection from 800 pet meds, which requires a prescription, and was told it was not for her weight. I reordered the exact same medicine at the weight they say she needed, and now they say she needs another exam. This exact same medicine is 2 to 3 times more expensive from them. She started on heart worm medicine on February 12th, 2024, and has been back twice since then once for another check-up with the vet for her ears and once for additional shots.
I am going back to Ft. Wright Animal Hospital, which is now called Noah's Ark. They allowed me to always be with my other dogs and will allow me to stay with her (which makes her easier to deal with and lowers my blood pressure) and they allow me to purchase heartworm and flea protection anywhere I wish and doesn't have to be from them.
I would never have allowed my son to be taken somewhere away from me to get his shots when he was young and will not with my dog either.

Fast and friendly. Very clean and wide open space enough to not have to worry about other animals that might not play well with others. ?♀️??♀️??♀️☺️. Watch staff go out of their way to help with needs of the animals.
