Do not recommend any fifth third bank, my account has been frozen so many times for scams. I don’t even use my debit card so how am I getting hacked!!??? A bank should not get hacked this much!!! Do better

20 min wait in the drive up window with one car in front of me when I pull up. This has been the norm the last year. Hire some people!!!

This seems to be a very nice branch location. The staff always seem professional helpful and nice. I never seem to have any problems when I stopped there it's very conveniently located on Route 125 near Pierce Point Cinema.

The biggest joke of a bank! Tried to purchase a boat from a member of the bank and this bank have lost their title! And took over a week to just tell me? Like what kind of business is that. And they are giving no solutions at all. It was a nightmare the whole process trying to get info from them to my bank. And still the can not get a title for him so he can sell it. What a joke

For the last 6 months they say they're sending me a debit card but still no card. They keep trying to replace with an unwanted Access card which I keep closing acct. I was in a few weeks ago, had sat with a Custmer Service person who again was to set up my receiving a debit card, I haven't received & went to cash out on Access card to teller. My birthday was day before & I informed teller if this. At that point she basically kept repeating that she could NOT accept my driver's license because it was not legal identification. She basically drove me out of bank loudly & sternly noI have been with bank for over 20 years, but io more.

I use to always talk about how I love my bank but now when you call with a problem you can’t get a hold of no one at the bank answers then you call the 1800 number and wait 45 minutes just to speak to someone

Several settlements for "stealing" customer money by shady means. They got caught several times. Shameful that a bank would treat it's customers so poorly. Look it up.

Was given an Access 360 Card when I opened my account. Whatever money you open your account with and put on this card you can not transfer to another account nor withdraw off the card it has to be spent. Spent the balance to under $1, spoke to teller that told me to "get less that $1 of gas to use the rest". Returned to close my account and was told you would have to meet with a manager to close your account. Sat in the lobby for 1 hour and 25 waiting to close my account. Terrible process. Terrible customer service. Terrible bank. Chase has been 10x better in every aspect since I opened an account with them. Highly recommend not wasting your time here.
