I was greeted at the door and the representative used the bar code in my email to print the return label. Fast, easy, and no hassle.

On 2 separate occasions I have gone to this location to receive the flu vaccine this month. The first time I checked the website before and it said 'walk in flu shots welcome.' I was turned away even though no one else was there to get the vaccine. Then early this morning I made an apt on the app for 4:30 today. I get there and they can't find my apt and said they can't do it without an apt, I MADE THE APT!! So the 4:30 apt must have been an invisible person because I didn't see anyone else there. Thanks for wasting my time twice!
