I had a problem getting a prescription filled today & had to stop at the store twice today. Kelly the pharmacist was rude both times. It was as if I was bothering her with my petty medical problem. Awful customer service & not the first time I've experienced this there. I ended up going to a different location. My prescriptions will be moved to to Walgreens in the near future.

They did not have my medication.This is after a week of trying to get it from them told me pick it up today at 12 but it never showed up.I asked them if there was any way that they could transfer it to another pharmacy that did have it available He refused to look it up for me asked me to go ahead and start giving pharmacys a call to try to find myself it would have took him a second to see who has it avaliable And really value the customer.This medication is extremely important for me.
And he cared less!!!! You're not gonna be valued here.For what's important for your needs please go elsewhere!!

The Amelia Main St CVS is the best! I hate the traffic nearby but continue to go here for the "small town" friendly atmosphere and professional treatment. I'll keep going out of my way, thank you!

I tried to get "walk-in" flu and COVID vaccines. The CVS pharmacy tech told me "no possible way," adding, "Right now we're overwhelmed and in over our heads." I understand being busy, but telling me that you're overwhelmed and in over your head hardly inspires my confidence in CVS.So, I went across the street to Walgreens and was able to get both vaccines fairly quickly, despite being a mere walk-in. Thanks Walgreens!

The employee I had here was so rude and I had a coupon for an item he kept saying I was scamming them when I only was using a coupon they offered online. Everything about this transaction was terrible and I will never go back to CVS . Customer service skills need improvement. Not everyone is out to scam someone especially if they are doing it by the book like I tried to do ... DONT SHOP HERE THEY ARE DISCRIMINATE AND RUDE. THIS IS EHY THE BUILDING LOOKS LIKE A DUMP AND ALWAYS VACANT BECAUSE NO ONE LIKES GOING HERE.

This store never has any of the sale items. So, I decided to order online. This is my second time ordering online and the second time my card has been compromised. Couldn't figure out where my card got compromised from until today! Don't shop online here!

Rude pharmacist lied to me about not being able to sell me medical supplies. Went across the street to the place that starts with a W, you know the pharmacy. They sold it to me in an instant. I've never found a CVS before that has denied to sell me goods but that was really dumb of her. You just lost money and good reputation. Don't go here, pharmacist doesn't want to work.

This pharmacy is by FAR the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my 26 years of adulthood. They are, slow, rude, important medications are never in stock. We switched from Walgreens because they quit accepting out insurance. It was the worst decision ever made. We would have been smarter to just stay with Walgreens and pay cash. The $1,000's every month for my families medications would have been worth it to completely avoid this place.

I cannot begin to express enough, of the horrid treatment of one store. Literally, all it takes is the inexperience of one employee and the inability to communicate, mixed with some "ill will" at this pharmacy, and you feel as though you've taken a wrong turn down some back street ally. It's a shame that all it takes is one person to quickly light up other employees where they think they can verbally beat their customers up. Granted, pharmacies across the nation are stressed, but when you have emotionally stunted individuals working in a place where medication is needed, especially for seniors, this is NOT the pharmacy you want to patronize. In my experience, all it took was one disgruntled employee at the drive through window, to light up the pharmacist and the the assistant (of which arrangements for the pickup medication was made via phone hours earlier) when all hell broke loose at myself and my 92 year old father. Never again, and moving all of his info and our to Kroger's. And while doing some digging, the positive reviews (2 of them) are highly suspect in people posting in their defense due to knowing some employees personally. If you're smart, don't use this location or move your info to another pharmacy co. altogether. By the "theme" of the negative reviews given, I have no other choice but to believe that CVS doesn't care and are blindly filling positions without proper vetting.

If u need to get a COVID test or flu test go to Walgreens. They are slow as hell in CVS here. I went to Walgreens last year got results within sane day. This is second day for CVS and no results. I was there at four and they said I was there at end of day which that would have been 10 is when they close. So go to Walgreens if u need these done. Much quicker

Literally the worst pharmacy ever. I recently switched to the Amelia location CVS because it's closer to where we live. Every single time I go to get prescriptions there is always a problem. The staff is so rude especially the lady pharmacist. No one ever smiles and they roll their eyes at you if you have an issue. I'll be switching pharmacies.
