“• Through lending, investing, grants and volunteerism, Key Bank participates in the growth, revitalization and sustainability of the communities they proudly serve.
• With 10 consecutive “Outstanding” ratings for exceeding the requirements of the federal Community Reinvestment Act, KeyBank has a long-standing commitment to responsible banking, responsible operations and responsible citizenship. Their National Community Benefits Plan is one way they live those values.
• Key Bank believes corporate citizenship matters; it matters for communities, for clients, and for colleagues. Delivering on the commitments of their Community Benefits Plan has brought access to capital for neighborhoods and neighbors who have often faced unfair barriers to financial support. Receiving a tenth consecutive ‘Outstanding’ rating for exceeding the requirements of the Community Reinvestment Act serves as confirmation that KeyBank’s approach is the right one—but they recognize the work isn’t finished.”

“Friendly and welcoming to all no matter who you encounter. Amazing management makes the positive energy contagious. From every employee, to all members. Very few banks can even come close.Love Chase’s mobile banking and ATMs. I’ve tried many big names and local to tri-state over time, I’d never trust one alone with my money again with the constant maintenance, down time, and nonexistent customer support at the most inconvenient times.”
“I've been banking with them for 20 years! I love this bank! My only issue is they changed their hours after covid. They used to be open Monday thru Friday until 7pm and til 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Now it's only until 5pm m-f and Saturdays until noon and no Sundays. The reason I went with this bank was because they had extended hours. I'm sure I'm one of the few that doesn't do debit cards, so I have to go to the bank for withdrawls and the hour changes have made it hard.”

“Ive been treated fine by everyone ive dealt with. Im reading the bad reviews and one women complains her baby boys debit card came a day late. I guess she had it pinned down to a certain day. OK get over it sweetheart it was one day your presious had to wait to buy his Roblox card. Ive had rhree car loans and two personal loans with nothing but kind people. Saw one employee at a Roosters restaurant and she came right up to me and had a conversation like id known her sinse kindergarten. People at Kemba are fine. Dont let the haters drag you down to there level. PS I got my used car loan approved in two hours oh happy day”
“This seems to be a very nice branch location. The staff always seem professional helpful and nice. I never seem to have any problems when I stopped there it's very conveniently located on Route 125 near Pierce Point Cinema.”
“Friendly and efficient Branch. Good use of technology to quickly verify identity to ensure security of the transaction. (Not my usual Branch.) In and out, easy peasy.”
“I was contacted by a hacker that said he was from the fraud department. The number came in as the Supervisor Fraud number on my phone.
I was hacked for almost $1200 on my Debit Card.
The Superior Credit Union in Amelia, Ohio - the two managers Bob and Joshua helped me and took off the fraudulent charge. Everyone be careful!
Don’t believe the Fraud Department when they call you. Hang up and call your Supervisor Credit Union.”
