“I’ve got a 2012 Chevy traverse, so I’ve been to quite a few mechanics. Recently, I had a problem that two other mechanics in the area couldn’t diagnose. Kenny handled everything perfectly: didn’t rush me through explaining the problem and fully heard me out and wrote notes on everything that was going on. Then he went to work to make sure the problem was properly diagnosed. He gave me a call and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary fixes or push back on me when I wanted to get an alignment done for free elsewhere - he even gave a personal recommendation. Then, he verified the problem was actually fixed before calling to say the car was all set. He finished the job right when he said he would, so they have a good handle on their workload management.
Best of all, Kenny was willing to talk through and show me everything that was going on in detail. He’s clearly passionate about his work. All in all, would highly recommend One Way to anyone!”
