Terrible experience. Amelia location. Bought a couch last Thursday. Was told delivery would be Tuesday. So much for same day, next day delivery. When they did deliver they brought the wrong couch so they took it back. Said it would be delivered next day. They called the next day and said that the driver had been in an accident and didn’t know when it would be delivered. That we could rent a u haul and pick it up. Seriously? So went and talked to Andrew the salesman. He said he would refund and send me an email with receipt. Four hours later nothing. Went back in to the store and he wasn’t even there and he hadn’t done anything. A lady named Lisa worked for hours trying to get it straightened out. Calling many people for help. She said we had been charged several times? I only saw one charge on my card though. After five trips to the store I think Lisa figured it out. Store manager Kenny wasn’t much help either. Not explaining all the charges and refunds. So, as of now I think it’s settled. Waiting and watching my card for the next several weeks. Lisa was the only good thing about our experience with American freight. Everybody else is terrible. Do not buy from Amelia American Freight. Terrible!!!!

I am disapointed with my delivery first the brought me a mattress with a tear and thw box spring had a rip on the top of it. I called Ken and he said he would replace it today. The delivery guys who came again today would not even help my diabled veteran husband put the mattress on the bed. Not very good customer service.

In and out in less than 20 minutes for a dryer purchase. They didn't have the model or price range I wanted, but Kenny helped me find a suitable option that wasn't much more expensive, explained the details to their very generous replacement warranty, and got me loaded. We talked for a bit about the job and my purchase. I enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back to get more appliances in the future.

Every time I come in this store the employees are setting around on their cell phones and act like you ruined their day if you ask a question, they definitely don’t want the work of making a sale! I’ve left the few other times without purchasing anything because of this today I purchased a box spring here only because I really needed it and didn’t want to drive further. I wouldn’t ever recommend this place to anyone I only gave it one star because I had to so it would post otherwise I wouldn’t give it any

This place is great! I checked out three spots before I found out it existed. Came here and bought a sectional at a great price. They had the least expensive delivery fee and Kenneth answered on my questions and got me hooked up. I'll be back here for a few other things we need as well.

I drove about 35 mins to get to this store, arrived at 4:10, to see they are taking a TWO HOUR lunch break. I guess I should apply here. Sounds like a cake job. Update your business hours to reflect the hours you're actually open.
