I called A-jax after my mother had been ran off the road and he was very rude to me because my mother hadn't called the sheriff yet then proceeded to rudely tell me he don't take cards anyways. Very unprofessional and absolutely no customer service skills. I'll make sure to spread the word to all who will hear it that this man does not deserve anyones business.

My car was towed less than five mins to my house. When it's time to pay him he would not accept card or checks he wants cash. we don't carry cash at home. So I told him to follow me to a store and I will get a cash back, so he did. Such a hassle. I would get a different towing truck service with a good rating next time. I don't suggest this company. They will drain your wallet..

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. This is my second time with Ajax and I will recommend Jack as long as I live. I want to thank you again for really helping me out of a crazy situation. Call Ajax. Great prices and great service. Once again, thanks a ton Jack.

They were prompt! Not overly expensive either. The driver was knowledgeable and so kind. I've been dealing with a lot lately and he had so much compassion! Thank you so very much! I will be recommending you all!

Do not use this towing company to have your vehicle towed !! Rude ! He will try and drain your wallet dry ! Money Hungry ! Unreasonable ! Throws in other charges that are unacceptable !

I have always had great experiences with Jack every time he has come to help me with my tows his knowledge of his job is excellent after his first job for me I've never called any one else I have recommended him to other people and they have gave them the same service they're number 1 in my book

Extremely unprofessional and should be investigated for racketeering. Also, got into an argument on the phone with one of the drivers. As we're pulling out of the lot (because no one was there) the same man I was arguing with was coming down the street in his tow truck, blocked the road, got out of his tow truck and was trying to intimidate me. Complete joke and not a legitimate business. AVOID AT ALL COST!
