I love meeting people of all ages while exercising. We are all there for one goal; to become healthier and better versions of ourselves. I feel extremely comfortable throughout each part of the facility. It is my happy place.

I enjoy the classes & never feel intimidated! Instructors are great!

I work out here often. My only complaint is that it is very hot in the work out room. They need to run the air conditioner all of the time.
