The 2 female bank employees yesterday performed excellent job redeeming my paper I Bonds. The government is doing away with paper bonds and some banks won't redeem the paper ones. They never had done this before and I had 19 bonds which have to be verified and info on back to be filled out... They patiently went thru the process and took almost 2 hours and got them redeemed. They were most polite and friendly and THANKYOU!!

Went there to get change for a $100 bill. They informed me that they do not accept 100's. This just shows me that they are not a real bank. I'll take my business elsewhere!

10 days ago I went to use the ATM located in alliance Ohio Walmart which is a Woodforest ATM. Before withdrawing any money from the ATM I called to see how much I had on it which was $90. I was drew $80 from it and my card said it was declined which it was not. I called the number on the back of my card again in the ATM with Drew $80 from my other account but never gave me my money. I spoke with a Danny which apparently others have had problems with him, and he told me there was nothing that they could do about it. I told him you have 80 extra dollars in your ATM that was never given to me. I filled out a dispute and all of the paperwork and all information that was needed and I still haven’t received $80 that was promised to be deposited into my Woodforest account. I also found out that other customers had their money eaten and stolen from the ATM that very day.

Woodforest National Bank- Alliance Branch Customers Beware:I am a store manager of a local shop here in town, and I often get change for the store at the Woodforest Bank in Walmart;. During my most recent visit I was short changed $200, and when I went in there this morning to correct the situation, I witnessed the same teller almost short change an elderly man by $120. He kept insisting that he had more than they were trying to say he had, and it was only after his persistence that she realized that she was miscounting his money by $120. I don't know what's going on with that branch, but I do know that there is no branch manager at the moment, just 3 employees that seem to be "short changing" customers. It was only after I threatened to call Alliance PoliceI have filed a formal complaint with the main br department, did they rectify my situation. However, the teller whom I was dealing with (Danny) refused to give me my money back in singles (that I needed for the store) and he refused to give me the teller who short changed me's name. There is a total lack of polish and professionalism with the employees there.I called the corporate office , and they are investigating it. If you bank with that branch, just make sure that they give you the correct amount! For reference, the teller who short changed me's name is Kendra.

The employees at this branch are knowledgeable and friendly. Although, whoever is in charge of editing the Google business site needs a reminder to check and edit regularly. This is the second time I've been inconvenienced because the time displayed was different than the Google site.

Goodness, I've never in my life seen a bank charge you for legit everything.. I may be planning to go to another bank here soon.
I've never had anyone who was rude or anything but the charges are ridiculous..

I've been banking with woodforest for around 10 years. Now this is not my main branch but I do go here often. The ladies I've dealt with have always been great, professional and courteous.

The atm charges to look at account balance and then logs you out. Then charges again to actually pull out money. I won't be using it again. I now check my balance on my phone and buy a pack of gum at the register to get cash back.
Also, I cancelled my account from here because the fees are out of hand.

Not bad. helpful! I don't like the $6.95 monthly charge if u don't keep $100 or more in your account.
