Make-up perfumes very nice staff. Staff is very nice a lot of everything. ♿️ restroom ♿️ doors. ♿️ Parking available. Also, they text you when your script is done. Thank you for your patience in the pharmacy. Drive thru. Biiiggg store. See you there, lovely pharmacists. Thank you, Jesse, for the call. And to these 1 star reviews, really? I talked to 5 pharmacist, and they were kind and fixed the problem. Oh, they have 2 drive thrus. So much inside and very neat and tidy. See you there. All parking in lot. Kid friendly just lovely store. Thank you, alexia, for helping me. I never have a problem. I just went back today.please don't fill the scripts way too soon in the pharmacy. They gave my extra to someone else

Terrible.Terrible terrible.service and you wait forever in line ..it is about 20 min average for each car to wait. U are loosing my business..how hard is it to get a prescription off the shelf..nothing like pulling in lime at noon and getting through line a hour and 10 min later

I’ll probably be changing pharmacies. Today, I waited 20 minutes in line just to be told he can’t find my prescription. The second time I came back to pickup said prescription I tried to go inside, long line there too. The wait gets longer and longer and frankly I’m over them at this point.

Super condescending and rude techs. Refused to fill my prescription that was supposed to be filled hours ago because “unfortunately we haven’t filled it”. Then refused to work on it while I was there even though all they had to do was grab the pack and slap a label on it. Will never be using them again.

Everytime I go here there is an issue. Mostly with the pharmacy. It's always something. I will never be back or have anything sent to this Walgreens again.

I understand problems can happen, but my experience with this Walgreens has always been stellar. I just came back from Gun Barrel Texas where I had to use a CVS. OH! Lord Jesus! Those folks need to come to this store for some training. These people always seem to be on their toes, and bend over backwards to work with the insurance company to get it ran through. When I got back from Texas I came here for some medicine right away. After the way I was treated at that CVS, I will say it made me want to thank each and every person that works here. When my prescription at the TX CVS wouldn’t go thru they just shrugged their shoulders and said you have to pay. This store says, let me get you to someone who can see why. I have two insurance companies and had to pay for my medication at that Texas CVS. If you are reading this from Walgreens Alliance store Thank you for working so hard to help Alliance feel better! You are appreciated!!!

My girlfriend was just discharged from Cleveland Clinic and we came home and stopped by the pharmacy to pick up her prescriptions at 5pm June 6th 2023 at the Walgreens in Alliance and they gave us a bottle that said 90 when we got home there were only 23 pills in it. We had to call and have them check cameras and it was proven that they withheld 67 pills from someone that is going to have to have back surgery. This is not a game, very dangerous!!!! I hope this kind illegal activity doesn’t happen to one of your loved ones.

Called to ask if they had a basic baby formula in stock. Spent 20 minutes on hold and was transferred a total of 5 times. I'm not sure how many people work there but I'm pretty sure I spoke to each and every one of them. The person who finally answered my question had an attitude when he answered as if he was the one who was transferred 5 times. Side note: they also did not carry the very basic form of enfamil I needed.

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I ordered a picture wood hanger and they said it would be done by 10:00 am. Showed up at 12:30 still not done. The lady said the picture associate wouldn’t be in until 1 so it’ll be done by 1:30. Showed up at 3…. STILL NOT DONE!!! Very poor management and service. I never recommend getting anything done with pictures at the Walgreens in Alliance.

Nice friendly staff. Clean store. Everything always been in working order. I don't have wait as long in this store as I did the other store I went to. It is also in a easy convenient location and also on the public bus route. I really like this store.
