Tyler was the most knowledgeable person I have ever dealt with at customer service at Verizon!! He was extremely happy to help me without any hesitation.During my visit we had to wait for a while as the phones were updated he was helping 2 other customers during this time and I was so impressed with his knowledge and ability to multitask and still take care of us making sure we didn’t feel left behind!! I will not hesitate to deal with him again!! Superior customer service at its best!! Thank You Tyler we felt like family!!!

Looking for a charger for a 15+ waiting on hold 10 minutes. And they dont have it. She wanted to sell me some off brand name that you need adapter for. Sad excuse for an Apple Store

My fiancé and I went in just looking to talk about possibly switching. We met with Dillion and he was AMAZING! He worked with his business manager to get us the best deals possible! We ran into a load of problems switching my fiancé’s phone from AT&T, but no sweat! Dillion stayed over by 3 and a half HOURS past close to ensure we had a smooth transition! Without even one complaint of the time, Dillion was able to contact his business manager all night as well! Dillion even gave us his personal contact information, and has already helped me fix the kinks in my phone. 10/10 see Dillion for all of your Verizon needs!!
