Staff is rude in judgmental, as well as insanely over priced. I paid 14 dollars to ship 1 nail polish in a box the size of my hand. I would recommend using pirate ship. it was only $6, I don't know why I didnt just walk out of the store.

They push customers to the "self-service" kiosks even when they are not busy. Last time I was in, 3 employees were standing around talking & I was still asked to "help myself". I'm sending legal documents that I'd rather hand directly to a person rather than scan myself and drop in a box that may or may not be emptied by last pickup time. Staples, right down the street, provides easy, personal service to ship UPS. If it's before 3pm I will use Staples, which is usually their last pickup time.

The one lady did not seem to want to help me at all. She was rude and made it seem as the customer was a bother. I ended up walking out. I will not return to this location.

Employee sent a return package back to me. Must have threw away the original label and printed a new one. It was double sided with instructions to return on the back. Seems unfair that I have to pay for your employees mistake. Will never use this location again.

Lady wanted to charge me $1.70 for a 12” piece of tape for my Amazon return. Amazon states that it is free.

Needed documents notarized and shipped out of state. They accommodate my time restriction and provided the service close to their closing time. Also helped me get the best delivery package put together. Outstanding and very helpful. Thank you

Used to go here for our prints, the last time we were charged over 4 Dollars one page print in black and white. They normally do color prints for around 35 cents a page. Actually went out and bought a printer after that day. Going to give 4 stars because they do have good customer service.

They put another shipping label on my package, replacing the prepaid label I put on from Legacybox. The sent my package back to ME instead of Legacybox. The manager showed a dismissive attitude, told me to go take it up with Legacybox, and made NO attempt to figure out what went wrong. I ended up paying for a new label for a package that came with a pre-paid shipping label! LOUSY customer service!!

Showed up with a prepared package as I got out of my truck they ran outside and locked the door. Got up to the door and the person mouthed we are closed. Looked at my phone it was just turned 6:28. Went to staples and the guy in there was very helpful and had the return done in under a minute.

Not surprised about the bad reviews. Was laid off because the owner couldnt afford her employees. She was constantly late to work, the mananger sat in the back working her other job or on her phone while i was running the front of the store, they played with our money and paid us late many times, usually in cash and made us sign papers even though on hire i signed up for direct deposit, manager was super rude to customers and didnt know how to talk to people, i could go on. Would give 0 stars if i could. My layoff was a blessing in disguise.
