Very sad, but I have to say the rite aids in Alliance and other areas are closing. Very soon
Walgreens bought them out. I do love Walgreens. They have even offered to help the rite aid staff work there, or there are other avenues. So, if you have scripts, transfer them now. SO SAD.

Truly bummed to have to leave a bad review of such a clean, organized, well stocked, convenient store, but when I was there tonight buying OTC medicine near the pharmacy, I heard two or more pharmacy employees making fun of a customer who had just called on the phone. One said, "That was Mrs. Smith" (I changed the name for yhis review). Another said "oh my God she is so annoying" and they proceeded to mock her, making fake voices asking eachother pharmacy related questions and laughing and calling her stupid. They didn't see me or know I was listening, but if this is truly the way staff thinks of customers, I'd recommend taking your pharmacy business elsewhere. So scary. Major HIPAA violation.

Handicap parking drive thru. You go in. it's expensive . Pharmacy girls are nice, but a few need to be a little nicer. And not tell you to go somewhere else for something rude.Other staff good. Restroom needs cleaned

1 star only because I had to give one in order to leave a review… Been using this pharmacy for a few years now I literally have NOTHING nice to say, so I’m just not going to say anything at all.. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service!!!!!!! Today is the day I make the switch!

The ladies in the pharmacy are phenomenal. My daughter was ill and we could not find her medication anywhere. These women went out of their way to assist in every way possible. She is currently two days into her prescription and feeling better already! Not all heroes wear capes. Thank you guys so much.

My RX keep getting sent here and I no longer use this pharmacy but to say I'm red flag is just dumb cause I moved my files to another one and now put a RX on hold there but won't fill cause it's definitely not my fault I get back to back kidney stones and have female problems SO ???? RITE AID AND DR. BLACK FOR EVEING SENDING ANYTHING OF MINES HERE

The cashier remembered that I pick up prescriptions for 2 people and looked to see if there's anything else ready JUST TO SAVE ME A TRIP!!! She did this without me asking. Thank you for trying to help me!!!

I loved this place ever since I was a kid, I lived close, easy walk, and everyone is so nice. As long as you treat them the way you want to be treated. It is simple to understand that the people at the register are just doing their part and working like everyone else. Over the +15 years I’ve went there I have not once been treated by immaturity of rude cashiers. People write reviews when they are mad and they also should be recognized of the good work they are doing. They are great people. They have been great. They may have bad days but everyone does. This place is an amazing store and has always been. They ask about my day, how’s college going, and many other stores aren’t that welcoming. Keep it up!!!

Tried calling for 2 days over and over they never picked up. Had the doctor calling, they never picked up. Hard to get a script called in if you do not answer your phone. Raggedy
