I had the pleasure of buying my first new car here just a week ago. I worked with Terry Christy who is a very kind and considerate man. The car I order was taking g a long time to get from the factory to the lot and Terry made sure to call me with updates every so often. During the time I spent waiting he even kept an eye out for similar vehicles in my area that I could purchase immediately. I was fine with waiting, but it was good to know that I could get a new vehicle immediately should the need arise.
I plan to go back to Lavery if I'm ever in need of a new car, especially if Terry is the one to sell it to me.

Lavery's is an awesome place to purchase a vehicle. Friendly service. Baron Reynolds, salesman, gave quality time with myself and my grandson, who was purchasing his first car. I would definitely recommend going to Lavery's and having Baron assist you in obtaining a car meant for you. Sarah Heacock, financial service, is excellent at her job and obtaining the best possible interest rate for you. She explains everything very well. She is very proficient with finances.

Although we experienced an issue when shopping for a car at Lavery, the customer service team ended up getting everything sorted out and resolved. I can't express enough how much we appreciate Lyndsay for getting us taken care of. Even though we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle here, I would definitely recommend them due to their excellent prices compared to other dealerships, along with their focus on customer satisfaction.

I had a great experience there, very friendly people, always tried to make sure I felt comfortable and if they didn't have what I was looking for on the lot they tried showing me other options that they could get in. I highly recommend speaking with Baron Reynolds if you go in there, he was a very friendly individual who tried to make sure I was comfortable there and made sure if I had any questions, he'd always find an answer for me. Baron is definitely a great salesman, and a great person as an individual and I would absolutely try to go through him again next time I need a vehicle, great service!!!
