1441 W State St, Alliance“Always great service from this family owned small business! We've come here for years.. there might be a wait to get taken care of or checked out, but, it's never been a problem to anyone we've seen there! Quality help takes time.. It Is Always Worth It! You Guys Are Super! Thank You ?❤️?????”
“Just wanted to share with you that the Wolfgang “Abstract Print” Small Harness was the winner and my vet & his faithful assistant got it on!
It took a village, really. Emily, Leeyah, Madeline, Adam, Dr. McCarthy, Jazmin! And, of course, Julie (YOU) at Costal Pet Products.
And, few of my hard earned Chedda.
But, no matter how much money you throw at problems, you can’t buy love. And, love is what it took.
First, Thank you being there that day, and picking up the phone. (Thank you to the receptionist who redirected the call to someone she knew would/could help).
Thank you for just getting my pain and frustration with the situation as a whole (a dog that’s fearful of equipment), and with making sense of the world of harnesses. And, then the sizing.
And, lastly ensuring that it was in stock and making sure it got here in time for the first session with the trainer (at $300 per session).
What else can I thank you for? How about just being a good egg. An organic, free ranging one, the kind you buy at Whole Foods for $12 a dozen.
BTW Can I have a side of leash to go with that order of harness?”
“We bought my daughter a hamster for her birthday and all the stuff to go with it! Everyone was helpful except a younger lady! She was cleaning out cages while we were looking at the hamsters. My 2 year old was looking at them and touching the glass and the employee started yelling at him to stop tapping on the glass, which he was not! She said it several times and we tried ignoring it. She said, "oh I know what it's like, I have 5!"! Even if my 2 year old was tapping on the glass, he certainly couldn't have even made a sound by doing it! He was being so gentle and rather timid with the animals. Just rubbed me the wrong way!”
“Phenomenal store! We had the best experience and highly recommend. We would travel here just for the experience! Jeremy , Tom , Brandon, and Joe were top tier ! Definitely deserve all the rewards for superb service. Indeed red carpet service ! They deserve an extra PTO day”
“We've been here three times. The cats are mostly permanent residents and are generally super friendly. There are lap cats, scaredy cats, cats that like being held, some that play, and cats just generally running amuk everywhere! There were a couple bunnies even, but they stayed hidden. It is much cheaper than other cat "cafes," but this is not a cafe. There are some snacks and drinks available for donation, but some snacks were expired....like WAY expired (over 1 year). It is a store front with a lot of cute, niche cat and dog items. The cats are in the back two rooms, and an outdoor area. The staff has always been super friendly and welcoming, with no pressure when time is up. Speaking of which, not only is it cheaper than other places, you get a lot more time for that cheaper cost. All that being said, I should give it 5 stars, but I debated even dropping it to 3. It smells. Like real bad. It is dirty, like real dirty. There is a lot to take care of here, and it's somewhat understandable, especially with an outdoor area that is freely accessible. But, I feel it could be better maintained. There is a bathroom to clean up, so thanks for that...but I can't help but feel dirty and greasy after leaving. The cats look well fed and taken care of, the litter boxes aren't overflowing or anything, but it'd be nice if they did a little more to keep it cleaner and reduce the smell. You get used to it, somewhat, but it is overpowering at first. I was on the fence about taking my kids back a third time because it's slightly gross, but nonetheless we went and all had a good time.”
