Marlboro Towing did a great job getting my car pulled out of the mud when I got myself stuck on a rainy day. The driver came right away and got the job done quick. Joe was friendly and professional. He made us feel at ease while taking good care of our car. Appreciated the excellence service!

My car insurance dispatched Marlboro Towing as all the companies near me weren't available. They are based an hour away from where I was. It did take a while to get to me, but that is understandable for being so far away. Collin was our driver and he was very friendly, fast, efficient and professional. He got my vehicle back home another 20 minutes even further away safe and sound and set down gently in our driveway. 0 complaints, I would definitely recommend this company.

Gave an eta of 1.5 to 2 hours then 0 mimutes later updated it to 64 mins. 75 minutes goes by and I call to see where they are and the lady says 45 more minutes. Don't take the call if you can't do the job in a timely manner. Time is money and people don't have hours to sit around waiting.

Had Marlboro towing tow one of my cars that had sat about 6-7 months and I couldn’t get it started. The guy was not able to get my car into neutral so he yanked so hard on my shifter that he broke it then when he dropped it off at my mechanics place he pulled the emergency brake so that it wouldn’t coast away. The emergency brake hadn’t been used in a long while so it was stuck and wouldn’t release. When I called them and told them what my mechanic said, the owner was very rude not only to me but to my mechanic also. He told me they weren’t responsible for what happened. So instead of just replacing my battery, I had to pay to have my shifter fixed and the emergency brake to be released. My car wasn’t broken before they towed it. They cost me 2-3 hundred more than what I needed to pay. I will never use them again! BEWARE if they do anything to your vehicle when towing it they aren’t responsible for it.

Highly recommend. I called them last night when my car broke down on the side of 43. Being late-ish on a Sunday night, there was a decent wait, but they actually ended up getting there about an hour earlier than initially estimated. Dan got there and got my car on the flatbed promptly and we had a nice conversation while he was doing it. After leaving, my wife and I were behind the truck because of how we were going home. As we came up 43, there was a telephone pole falling over and the car we were in ended up hitting a downed telephone line. We pulled over right away and Dan happened to notice us pulling over abruptly, stopped and called me to check that we were okay before he continued to the shop with my vehicle. It’s the little things that like that show the kind of people working here. Definately high quality service, which is especially nice when dealing with an unexpected breakdown.

Marlboro towed my car after a deer collison. The driver Qonte was extremely helpful and professional. He even took pictures of my car. Outstanding job!
