I wasn't sure if I would find anything at first but was immediately welcomed by the staff. They recommended appropriate footwear and inserts to suit my needs. I never felt like they were pushing products outside my price range and actually brought me shoes from the clearance racks to try on. I took a long time making a decision but thanks to their help and patience I feel like I made the right call.The prices are very high but they are really well-made. I could immediately tell the difference when trying them on. The styles of the shoes are more suited toward middle-aged women than young adults but the two pairs I brought home I am more than happy with.I am certain I will return for more soon, especially after being treated so well.

I went into the store today. I was surprised that the ladies that was there were was helpful, they explained n n showed me several different kinds of shoes. I will continue to buy my footwear there. Very nice ladies.

It's a real shoe store with staff who know what they're doing. Particularly if you have narrow feet or diabetes it's a place for you to go for your shoes.

I have had surgery on my ankle in the past. So it is difficult to find boots/shoes that dont hurt my feet. I was searching for a pair of boots that dont hurt. Eventually I came up with redwing boots. I pay for them and try them for a day. I return them because the inside was rubbing on a nerve in my ankle. So they exchanged them with no problem. They gave me a second pair that seemed to be a better fit. I was told I had 30 days to bring them back. But again after a few hours of use the boots was hurting me. However this time they tell me i cant return my $215 pair of boots because I wore them. They were not destroyed and still in new condition. Very dissatisfied with the way they explained their horrible return policy. This was a new store I was trying. If they had treated me better, I have to buy boots every 6 months. They lost a potentially good customer.
