Seem to be very upfront and honest group of people. They got me a better APR than any of the other dealers by far, lol not even sure how they did it. But my experience with them went very well.

Bought a Chevy Bolt from Baron at Lavery Chevrolet as my first Electric around town car. The car is great. It's small outside but deceivingly large inside. Coming from Prius' in the past the Bolt has larger front and rear seat room the trunk might be a little smaller but overall I love it. The torque and power of the electric motor is very impressive.
Baron, my salesman was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions quickly and was another highlight of the process. Baron and the team made the whole buying process simple. If you're in the area or not its worth the drive. I made the trip from NY about 3 1/2 hours away and would do it again.

I had a hard time finding the make and model of the Cadillac vehicle that I was looking for in stock at any dealership that wasn't already sold. I was able to tell the salesman Billy at Lavery Cadillac exactly what I wanted and he found me what I was looking for at a price that I could afford. The whole process was quick and easy. Purchased a Cadillac Lyriq from Billy, drove from SC to OH to trade and purchase. Fantastic deal, awesome customer service, Billy was always available to answer any questions and provided superior service by meeting all of my requests. I can not recommend this dealership more, everyone I encountered was so friendly and pleasant. The dealership was very nice, the car was in superior condition, detailed and charged before delivery, when we arrived the detail guy was looking over everything drying drips from the wash rack and double checking the the glass for any smudges. The entire transaction was done using the web search, text , phone and email, could not have been easier. All of my expectations were not only met but exceeed. I can not recommend anyone more than Billy, he provided photos and documentation, as requested. During delivery Billy helped with the Lyriq navigation set-up for our route home with charging stop, all very new to us, he was so polite and patient, way above and beyond. In summary, great dealership, great service, fantastic sales and delivery experience, kudos to the detail technician he did a wonderful job. Billy thank you for everything, you are truly amazing and it was a pleasure from initial contact to delivery.
