I get that it is just a consignment shop- however, employees at this location are consistently rude. They would rather be on their phones than be at WORK. Nearly impossible to get staff to smile, acknowledge or be friendly.

Friendly helpful staff. One in particular remembered me from a prior visit and accepted my merchandise even though they were overrun by drop offs because he knew I came from a far distance( an hour drive) to get there. Thanks for friendly service going above and beyond.

I've had bad service with a young high school girl trying to cash out she would not put her phone down and was not listening to any of my questions but there is this 1 guy name josh he is super friendly and he helped fix everything. I honestly think they need to get rid of that little girl and have him there more.

Very unorganized compared to their Salem store. I found all kinds of sizes in the 4t-5t size isles anywhere from newborn to 10/12. Decent prices just needs organized!
