We arrived just as they were closing (our fault for not checking first!). A gentleman us pull in and unlocked the door for us so we could go in and purchase our refrigerator! He was so patient and kind and accommodating, he went above and beyond. Every time we come to Grove we receive exceptional customer service. Excellent prices, excellent people!

Our first experience with Grove! The Grove Guys Installed our new dryer a few days ago. We love the dryer and the installers were professional and efficient. We are very shocked at the prices of appliances theses days, (thanks Biden), but we know they are high in every store. Home Depot didn't even have a gas dryer in stock, (thanks again Biden), and even if we had ordered one online they no longer install gas dryers. So Grove is our new heroes. Found a dryer there and they delivered it a few days later. Hauled the old one away too. We highly recommend Grove Appliances in Alliance!

Very efficient! Used them first to look at my washer that wasn’t working….too expensive to fix sadly. Went to the store, great showroom! I was out of there in 10 minutes with new washer. It was delivered and setup, 2 days later…..and they applied 1/2 of the service call to my new washer. Great service, fast!
