Must have Giant Eagle club card for sale prices. As a out of town visitor, this seems like bait and switch pricing. No mention of need for membership on shelf pricing.

I only went there for 1 thing cigarettes. I paid ten dollars for a pack of lucky strike should have been like six dollars. I won't be going back there
