The only thing that would help this store is euthanasia. The checkout process is horrible. I just got yelled out by an employee for checking out too fast for their machines. I hate this store anyway because the prices are ALWAYS higher than anywhere else in town and since this just happened, I'm done. This place will likely close once Meijer opens. Deservedly so.

I was trying to find a pharmacy that would fill my scripts like my dr wrote. Well they could not guarantee they would or have to order them. He said he was busy and had 200 scripts left to fill. And you wait for hours for them. Well that's rite aids and giant eagle. Wow he was very nice but a young girl working was kinda rude. I just need a pharmacy what is going on? . I don't get them all at once. You guys really need to get real. People depend on you.

Giant Eagle's store is fine but the cleanliness of the store (primarily the restrooms) is rather questionable. I've found that the lobby entrance always smells somewhat like sewage when I come here. This store needs to do some cleaning.

They treat their employees like crap and do not pay them enuff! They are withholding one ex employees pay Bc they’re mad he put in his notice. They now say they can’t prove he worked! Don’t ever work here!!!

It is pretty sad when you work there and you give them two weeks notice they refuse to let you work the two weeks notice out let you only work one week of that out and then never send a paycheck and then when you question it they tell you oh we have no record of you working! Do not work for this place they will screw you over

Literally the rudest pharmacy. They are always upset at customers. Then when they say come back in a hour and it will be ready then you show up two hours later and they say oh we don’t have it here it will come on a truck tomorrow. Then you call they say it will be ready in 30 minutes and show up almost a hour later and she tells you it’s gonna be another 20 minutes. Yet get a attitude the whole times because you are frustrated. Just a absolute nightmare of a crew.

I spoke to a lady in the pharmacy around 11:00 AM Today she was so Rude I couldn't believe what I was hearing.Im not going to go into the conversation however you were so RUDE.You are not the only one dealing with the pandemic.

Constantly waiting forever in line. They said 1 of the meds wouldn't be in for a week - got a text it was ready 20 MINUTES after I left with the other meds. No longer getting my business.

Giant Eagle does not care for employees. manager in alliance is aloud to single people out. he also is unkind to employees that are trying to better themselves by putting them down. He is one of the WORST MANAGERS. AS FOR THE UNION THEY DO NOT HELP WITH THE ISSUES.
