I was having a bad day and left my toilet paper in the parking lot. Of course no good citizen returned it. I called and talked to Nova who helped me out by giving me more toilet paper. She was kind to me on the phone and very patient. She deserves a raise for her customer service skills. Thank you Nova!!

Miscellaneous things not to expensive. parking handicap entrance or parking. It's like alot of stuff. Needs cleaned. Please clean bathrooms. Clean the whole store. Sanitizer . You have cleaning supplies use them. Oh when I saw that giant spider I ran. I worked at one for 8 hell years but it was clean put away the stock and worth going into. Now it's like a dirty flea market. Ok to the public if you change your mind p u t it back.thats extra work.

I don't care for the store. The employees are very nice but not very knowledgeable of their sales and sale signs were not posted. You have to guess at sale prices even with the app. The one regular priced item I wanted to purchase was of poor quality.

I love this Family Dollar located in the College Plaza. In comparison to Family Dollar at Main St., and Union Ave., there is no comparison. College Plaza Family Dollar is well stocked, has no empty shelves, more selections of products. The store is clean and neat no items lying on the floors, staff friendly and helpful. THIS IS THE FAMILY DOLLAR I'LL BE SHOPPING FROM NOW ON.

I was disappointed in closing of stores. They have a unisex bathroom handicap parking and they closed Minerva's. Shame. I worked there along time ago.gonna miss it.
