The cashier this evening 12/22.. was the rudest person I have ever met! Luca, is what he said his name was. He didn’t have a name tag on tho . He yawned the entire time. He gave the impression I was a bother and it was a chore to even check me out!! If I was not desperate at the time, I would’ve taken my business elsewhere.

Dirty on outside of building and workers r more interested in gossiping with each other than helping customers, but perhaps its been a bad few times the last few I went. Times are difficult for everyone these days so I don't want to be harsh. Happy holidays to everyone

Grand opening this week. New signage, all the isles are labeled now. Running a great sale right now, ads came in the mail this week. Very clean, service was great. Gave more coupons for future use. Family Dollar 42 Main St. Alliance.

I will be complaining to corporate this was the worst customer service I have witnessed at a store. A gentleman came in who was deaf and was a little hard to understand when he talked. He rang the bell since the accociate wasnt at the counter. When the accociate arrived he asked her the time. She being to busy breaking down boxes to pay attention asked him to repeat it, again rather then focusing on the customer kept breaking down the box. At this time I stepped in and helped. As the man was leaving she turns to her accociate and starts talking about him and laughing right in front of me. This is unacceptable.

Isles are never free and clear to shop. Shelves empty and mostly food area.
