Just wanted to share with you that the Wolfgang “Abstract Print” Small Harness was the winner and my vet & his faithful assistant got it on!
It took a village, really. Emily, Leeyah, Madeline, Adam, Dr. McCarthy, Jazmin! And, of course, Julie (YOU) at Costal Pet Products.
And, few of my hard earned Chedda.
But, no matter how much money you throw at problems, you can’t buy love. And, love is what it took.
First, Thank you being there that day, and picking up the phone. (Thank you to the receptionist who redirected the call to someone she knew would/could help).
Thank you for just getting my pain and frustration with the situation as a whole (a dog that’s fearful of equipment), and with making sense of the world of harnesses. And, then the sizing.
And, lastly ensuring that it was in stock and making sure it got here in time for the first session with the trainer (at $300 per session).
What else can I thank you for? How about just being a good egg. An organic, free ranging one, the kind you buy at Whole Foods for $12 a dozen.
BTW Can I have a side of leash to go with that order of harness?

Parked up to the gate overnight. When we got up, we drove around back to get unloaded. They were super friendly and quick. Easy docks to back into, backed into dock 8, when done, they brought us our paperwork. Checked in by the rollup door near the other pair of docks.

For too many years, this company does not treat their employees right. They expect some to do extra work but will not promote them or pay them for the extra work. I refuse to buy their products as I do not want to support a self-centered, greety place.

My cat has been wearing one of the safe cat collars for awhile now and last night it did not break away! Thankfully I woke up to the sounds I heard he was choking!! He is a 14lb cat and his weight did not break the "break away" collar I even struggled getting it off him to save his life!

I cannot say enough good things about their Li’l Pals items. Best step-in harnesses compared to every one out there (and I researched for a long time!). They have mesh ones that are breathable during the summer and these don’t irritate my toy poodle’s sensitive skin. I wish they made them in more colors and fabrics and patterns! Their Li’l Pals slicker brushed with coated bristles is the only brush my pup will tolerate that is soft enough to not harm her skin but strong enough to detangle her fur and keep her fluffy.

Amazing customer service. I ran into a buckle breaking on my pups collar. They replaced it with no questions asked. They also sent me a bonus toy after hearing about my suv fire which caused me to lose his biothane lead. Great people to work with. Quality > Profit.

I love our coastal dog leash. Our labradoodle lived a full 15 years and we had the same leash her entire life. Probably walked over 2000 miles without an issue. Thank you for such great memories!

We exclusively purchase Coastal Pet Products from Pet Supplies Plus. Their product quality is unmatched! I am sorry for those who have had a negative experience, but for our two dogs, we have had a tremendous experience with their collars, leashes, and harnesses. Would not buy another brand; ever!

I bought a coastal pet choker for my 6 month old puppy - the device locked up on its own and nearly killed my dog. The coastal pet team took 0 responsibility for its device. I would hate to see this happen to other dogs as the situation was frightening and costly due to the emergency animal hospital visit where they had to sedate the dog.

I purchased a collar for my cat and I noticed a wire sticking out and it created a massive hole on her neck. Be careful. These products are not made with the best quality.

I was told I had to slow down because they would raise production for everyone else got moved out of my zone before my 90 days was up so they could both my overall production down just below a 100% so they didn't have to give me a raise the owner walks around giving tours telling people a monkey could do this job Within earshot of employees
