Ooh my goodness, i am soo grateful for this team of sellers! They ALL were soo helpful in my car buying process today, they did everything that they could & them some to get me in a vehicle! Big shout out to zombie John’s auto service. The Wife and I was in a great bind with credit issues and payment issues. They went above and beyond to make sure we drove off with a vehicle. It literally took us nearly 3 days. All the staff were extremely helpful, especially Dustin. We are very gracious and we definitely recommend this company to anyone that’s looking for honest and trustworthy people. Thanks Dustin, Chris, Mike and Greg from the Ellis’s.

Bought a Jeep Patriot here years ago and the check engine light came on the day I drove it home. The engine would constantly stall on us due to electrical issues so the vehicle was useless and we didn't have the means to get it fixed so it sat for over a year while I made payments on it until we finally sold it to get the loan payed off. Called them for help and talked to them face to face and they did nothing to help us. Wasted my money going there. This was years ago and they are under new management from what I understand so hopefully things have changed. Got in touch with them recently about it and was offered a gift card for our bad experience and was assured that things have changed so take that for what you will.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
**UPDATE**
Once again Zombie John's have proven not to trust them whatsoever. I asked them to get my warranty refunded and in return I would take down this review. Now, almost 3 weeks later and they are attempting to tell me the reversal is true. That they will refund my warranty after this review is taken down. For those reading this, DO NOT TRUST a word and of them say. They're as good of salesmen as they are manipulators.
while some issues with my purchase were completely out of their control, a majority of the logistical migraines that I've experienced from the vehicle I purchased here are directly their fault. Including but not limited to:
- Taking 49 DAYS to properly provide the title (after repeatedly lying to me that it had been done while I'm standing in the courthouse being shown by the clerk otherwise)
- Repeatedly messing up my paperwork for the vehicle to be put into my business's name
- applying my down payment to the sales taxes and fees rather than the loan itself, meaning I won't be able to properly utilize those funds towards a different vehicles sales tax AND essentially increasing the total I will owe on my loan
- Signing me up with a garbage insurance company well known for being a nightmare to work with (and yes, I was a first time vehicle owner at the time so I had minimal understanding of the market in that regard)
- Charging me what was effectively 3,000 more than the market value (found that out via said garbage insurance company)
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
