I was told the job would be $330 to rust proof undercarriage of my car over the phone, when I had the job done it was $370.I was told to have the rest of my car rust proofed would be "about $340 more"Seriously? $700 ?The whole package was quoted $550 when I called. This makes me very sad as I was looking for someone I could trust?

2016 ford f250, ziebarted when it was brand new, and took it there where it was supposed to be touched up every year for 5 years, noticed rust underneath truck from day one, was told they dont spray whole truck everytime. at that time i figured, hey it is warrantied. Truck has 50,000 miles on it now, and the rear bed quarter is rusted thru where it had water underneath undercoating, when i showed them the rust. it got the best undercoating job it had ever seen, but it was to late. warranty is a joke, corporate told me it is not there warranty. The selling dealer wanted me to take it to a shop i never heard of before after he couldnt not push a awe thru my quarter panel, ( but warranty says that you must take it to them as soon as you see the rust, the body shop had no certifications. I see trucks same year with no undercoating and no rust. So now I have been showing off the rust on my truck to everyone I can. This undercoating and the way it was applied, caused my truck to rust out early. Paid about a 1000 dollars for this not to happen. They said these trucks are bad for rusting there. wouldnt you think they would off made sure to spray and undercoat it there then? Bottom line. I did not get what I paid for. Ps. This truck does not have one sratch on it, just rust....

Called on a Monday to set up an appointment for rust proofing and to find out how long it would take. Was told it typically takes about 2 and a half hours for the first application and to drop off Wednesday morning. Wednesday morning comes I drop off my car at 8am. Fast forward to noon I call for an update and was told it's on the lift should be done soonish. Fast forward again to 3pm I call again it's on the lift now probably won't be done till end of day. Finally I recoeve a call 5pm my car is finally done. It took them 9 hours? Upon arriving to pick it up I have to ask what took so long. First I get it's that time of year we're really busy today. Ok but 9 hours for a 3 hour job? Well we had a lot of sitters who were waiting so we had to do theirs right away. So because I made sure to drop off early and make arrangements to be picked up so my 3 year old didn't have to sit and wait I'm penalized. I had plans for the late afternoon and errands to run on my only day off. If I could rate this interaction lower I would I'd give 0 stars.

Good service prices are more than fair the staff was friendly and answered all the questions I had. The only thing that I thought could be better was the warranty the vehicle is only 2 years old and I couldn't get a full warranty otherwise it was a great experience working with them

Called the guy 3 times and mentioned that I will be coming to the shop. Took half a day off work to go to the shop and when I go, he had "dealer order" so couldn't do it for the next 11 days! Could have called. But didn't. Very unprofessional.

Custom Trim of America 926 e. Buchtell ave doing business as a ziebart franchise, took our car here for a remote start and small scratches, the remote start is great, the scratches, not so much(see the pics)looks like someone took nail polish and just painted over the clear coat, this after they had the car for three additional days after promised day, then when I complained about the obvious amateur job the response I got from the owner was i"?t needs to go to a body shop, and I'm not paying to fix it."..don't ever take your car to these hacks!!! In response to "owner" I did call ziebart corporate, and emailed pics, the response I got was,"all ziebart's are franchises and we don't stand behind their work, and is that franchises owner's discretion on how they deal with customer's complaints" for shoddy work,as I said his response was "it needs to go to a bodyshop, and I'm not paying for it"

Took my 2021 F-150 to Ziebart, Akron, Ohio to have rust proofed and undercoated - Should have looked before I drove it away, my mistake - Undercoating on rustproofing on all interior doors, floor mats, carpeting. When I picked up the floor mats, there was aluminum shavings embedded into the carpeting, what a mess - Had to get that cleaned up. When I called them and told them about it, I was put on with the manager and first words out of his mouth was that it was hard to find good competent workers - WOW - that is great, throw your guys right under the bus, and I am a paying customer. Kept asking me if I got it all cleaned up. Took it back a week later to have spray in liner for my bed. I was reassured that all would be fine, but mistake on my part. Looked at the bed and all seemed fine. I drove away and a warning came up that my power boost was not working. this continued all the way home. Got home and opened the tail gate and the tail gate bumper on one side was missing and other one was loose. BUT that isn't all - The cargo strap attachments were not even put back on, laying in corner of bed with the screws - (at least I don't have to go buy them) Then looked underneath the truck, the panel that goes from tailgate to wiring harness was unplugged. Plugged back in and message went away. This place is a f.....g joke - I called the next morning and got the same story - How does this place stay in business - I paid good money for an inferior job - I will pass the word to everyone - Should have stayed with LineX. I paid over $1000.00 for this - and guess the joke is on me!
