Not a great time. Everything in the apartment would break. Had mouse issue, had to call four times to get it solved and the solution they gave me was just giving me mouse traps. I had to seal off the entrances myself. Would not recommend.

Oh my- thankully I read the reviews.
I was going to call and schedule tour of the townhouses; but upon careful reconsideration this will be a no for me.
I relocated to this area for work and still looking and now being steered to Montrose or Bath area. Ironically, I ran into a colleague from my job this weekend who informed me of some disaster stories concerning Windsor Park Estates. I will keep looking.

Do not live here unless it’s your very last option. We lived here for 2 years and experienced many issues. A kitchen cabinet fell off the wall which broke many dishes and they refused to reimburse me when I had to buy new dishes. My apartment constantly smelled like smoke because neighbors smoked in their apartment and the office refused to do anything about it because “they aren’t a non smoking facility and marijuana is legal now”.I had a yellow substance dripping from the walls in the bathrooms and all they did was wipe the dust off the vent. No amount of bleach would stop it from coming back. I even called the health department about it and still nothing was done. The office staff is incredibly rude, they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by asking any questions or putting in a work order. They don’t respond to emails most of the time. I called corporate to complain about the rudeness of the staff and the lack of ability to do their job and they were just as rude and not willing to address the situation. Just don’t live there. 0/10.

If I could leave no stars I would. Leasing staff is unresponsive. If you have maintenance needs you are out of luck.

This place is a joke they don’t even abide by their own parking rules. Obviously they don’t know which side of the street to park on. I got a parking violation for parking on the correct side of the street across from this sign. SMH I do not recommend moving here, the rents cheap and that’s about it.

We moved out of Windsor 2 months ago. When we were living there we were extremely unhappy and couldn't wait to leave. The office was horrible, appliances broke regularly, and maintenance never fixed the appliances that would break repeatedly. We just received a bill for 300 dollars. They claim that the apartment was filthy whenever we left. Even though we had cleaned the apartment along with my wife's parents and my parents. We knew that the GMS management was shady and we did the best we could to clean that place. They still scammed us. DO NOT MOVE HERE

Absolute rudest staff I have ever met. My husband and I drove thirty minutes to tour the townhouses, only to be brushed off and talked down to by the staff. Proceed with caution when looking at this potential home.

I have been promised in case of relocation due to a new job offer to be able to break the lease or sublease with their help.Such flexibility was gone out of the window when I came with an offer. They denied all that when I had to move, horrible experience.Don't believe a word they say when you sign or renew a lease.

I don't care to leave reviews normally but want to reach as many current or future residents of this and other facilities managed by this management group. We lived in our apartment for nearly 3 years. It was affordable, and maintenance was generally responsive and friendly. There were the usual hiccups that occur, but I am not here to bother you with those. When you move out, MAKE SURE TO PHOTOGRAPH/VIDEO ALL CORNERS OF YOUR UNIT AND ASK FOR AN IN PERSON ASSESSMENT THAT CAN BE REVIEWED WITH A REP FROM THEIR MANAGEMENT ON SITE. YOU CAN THEN REFUTE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ACCURATE OR HAVE A CHANCE TO CORRECT AN ISSUE THAT IS NOT UP TO PAR BEFORE SURRENDERING THE ACCESS. If not, months later you will receive a notice for several charges (or have security deposit reduced) for wear tear items.

Do not move in here.Management and the leasing office workers are rude racist and unprofessional. They acted as if they’ve never seen a black person before in their lives. They acted as if it was beneath them to speak and properly show us the apartment we booked an appointment to tour.10/10 do not recommend.

I have been living here for a year now and I love it. I think the value for what you are getting is pretty good and it is plenty of space for just myself. I love how there are garages included, a huge plus. It is pretty quiet even though you are surrounded on all sides by other apartments. Lots of people who walk their dogs, it feels more like a neighborhood than other apartment areas. For the issues I have had (mainly the garage being finicky) they have always fixed super quick the day of. I think if you are friendly to the people who work here they will be friendly back.

Management is unfriendly, unless you are a potential new tenant. They do not want to help you with issues you may have regarding the unit you live in or issues with the facilities. Biggest issue we had was car break ins and slashing of tires. They were suppose to hire security, but never saw any patrols and it happened a few times throughout the couple years we we were living there. The women in the leasing office favorite saying is, we will get to it soon. One of several issues we had was with the garage door. We couldn't get the car out for two days because it wouldn't open. They are lazy and only want to gossip during the day.Be aware when moving out, they will charge you for any small thing and will not be getting any deposit back. For example, we just moved out a couple months ago and got charged $20.35 for a cracked butter dish and $35 for saying our shower tub was dirty. We spent almost 8 hours cleaning the place before moving out, knowing that we may be charged for extra expenses. There are several other apartments and townhomes nearby in Fairlawn/ Montrose area. You may want to check them out first.

If I could give 0 stars I would they will never answer any questions you have. They don't do any kind of snow removal in the winter and if you email you will never get a response. Very rude staff.
