I called today regarding medications and the pharmacist that answered was very short with me and made sure to inform me that it was the day after a holiday. That wasn’t my problem. I work in the medical field and was also busy. No need to remind a patient of that. I felt like I was a burden by calling requesting services that are their job. It’s a shame that you rely on these people for your medications and get treated like you are bothering them, as well as not getting your question answered. I’ve been a customer for 35 years and always raved over Walgreens. Not anymore. I called another location and was treated the same way. I shouldn’t have had to call another location to try to get help in the first place!

Always some complication where Action Needed is posted to a prescription refill online that you need to call the pharmacy. So I called waited on hold for 20 minutes to find out there is no problem and the prescription went through fine. However online it shows that action is still needed. I attempted to refill this prescription two days ago. I need it tomorrow and there’s no guarantee that it’ll be filled. This is the last chance if I have to call in again it will be to transfer all my scripts somewhere else.

I switched all of my prescriptions to Walgreens from Rite Aid because of years of substandard service and many wasted trips to the drive thru. Now I’m questioning that decision because of the terrible service I get every single time I go to Walgreens pharmacy. Rude, cracking their gum and blowing bubbles the entire time they’re waiting on you, no hello’s or goodbye’s. The last time I was there at the drive thru I was told I had to come into the store because they put my prescriptions in a box and it wouldn’t fit through the window. I reluctantly went inside, where 3 women were standing around doing nothing. One was just sitting there eating a bunch of snacks. They were very unfriendly and didn’t offer an explanation as to why one of them couldn’t walk the 15 ft out the front door to hand me my medications. They also didn’t realize those medicine bottles would have very easily fit in the drive thru drawer one at a time.I’m hoping the negative reviews will garner the attention of corporate so that something can be done, otherwise I’ll be switching pharmacies again.Zero stars.

With the exception of the wonderful staff at the front of the store, this was my WORST experience at Walgreens and I will never come back.Despite testing negative for Covid yesterday with no symptoms, my job required me to get tested just as a precaution. I signed up for an appointment which I was told I qualify for - for free. Apparently this isn't true anymore.I accidentally went inside the store and the head pharmacist berated me. She was incredibly unkind and rude.I'll never use this pharmacy or store again.

The pharmacist was very rude, she let me know that I had already called yesterday & spoke to her.. I told her yes I did, but I need more answers. She was very short & rude and quick to hang up on me.

Joyce that works here is top drawer. Best clerk in the entire world. She's always seeing if you can save money on items and just goes above and beyond! Love her. Reason I keep going back there

Had something made for Christmas talked to someone from there staff today they told me they were open till 10 I got there at 8 to pick my Christmas gift up and all the lights are on and the doors are locked what a joke I waited for 2 weeks for the Christmas gift to be made and shipped here

I had to wait an Hour for a vaccine to be thawed. Guess what? After the entire hour of sitting they told me it had expired yesterday and offered me no explanation. The pharmacist( looks like he's off of Bob's Burgers)walked away from the girl at the window helping me and she just looked at me like WHAT, say something. Just Awful ? Rite Aid across the street. Within an HR I had two shots and my second vaccine scheduled. Rite Aid did me justice. Ty Rite Aid. Rite Aid Rite Aid Rite Aid.

I've used this location for many photo projects and have usually been very pleased. There have been some minor errors through the years, but nothing too bad. However. I'm currently so angry I could chew nails. CUT THE FREAKIN' ITEM THE RIGHT SIZE. I just had to cut BY HAND OVER AND OVER AGAIN to get my item in my frame. Why was there so much extra border on all four sides??!! I can't believe I didn't ruin this whole thing. CUT STUFF THE RIGHT SIZE. Good grief.
