The pharmacy never answer the phone , they’re very unprofessional. You have to go & still wait till the prescription is made because they do not answer .

Pharmacy closes without notice making it difficult to get much needed medications. Staff always seem to be in bad moods and speak to elderly customers poorly and without patience. Staff seem to be unaware of what to do or how to do things when customers are asking questions. Even with receiving calls regarding medications already being filled you show up to pick up and they all of a sudden don't have the medication and it's now on back order. So my child has been out of medication for over a week. This is unacceptable

I have been going to this pharmacy for over a year and it’s just gotten worse and worse. My typical wait time is at least half an hour for a line of just a few people, the drive thru has since closed, and there have been instances where I have been unable to secure extremely time sensitive prescriptions in time, including the day of a surgery where my partner waited more than 3 hours for it to be filled while I was in excruciating pain. I have cancer and the timeliness of my meds is very important. They’ll also just close with no notice on random days??? Staff does not offer any consolation or offer to fill prescription in a timely manner in these cases while in store, even when I have been assured from earlier visits in the day it would be ready at a specific time (and then they close for the day leaving me another full day without time sensitive meds). I understand being short staffed and am certainly empathetic to that, but there is a lack of empathy on the other end for those of us in desperate need of our meds and I’ve been spoken to extremely rudely and seen that behavior toward others as well. Unfortunately I will be driving further away for my prescriptions from now on.

Don't rely on this pharmacy for maintenance medications. The pharmacy closes frequently and unpredictably and the customer service is the worst I've seen. Don't bother calling them with any concerns either, they'll just let you sit on hold for 2 hours and hope you'll hang up.

Most unreliable pharmacy ive ever used. They seem to always be closed when we have something called in. And when open orders are never ready. We have to wait even a few days after it's been called in. Not sure if shirt staffed or what but its terrible

this is the Dirtiest store I have ever been in. No respect for neighbors. Lousy service in store. Moving prescrips elsewhere. you never care about the people. Greed.

I ask the pharmacists questions and advice and they are always helpful and professional. The people that run the registers are always friendly and courteous. This is a good place to pop into when you forget something at the grocery store. Plus they have a red box if you're into that. Also they have a drive thru for the pharmacy which is convenient and they have good hours open really early and close really late. The only drawback to this store is that some of the prices are expensive.

When I approach the register with 3 items : an Arizona iced tea, a 20 oz dr pepper, and a bag of chocolate covered cashews. The woman cashier politely pointed out to me that there was a 2 for $1 deal on iced tea. When I likewise politely declined the deal, she stepped over the line by replying, with a deep sigh and a retort of " Why do you people do this! You know there may be someone homeless who would want this!" To which I replied "I don't need a lecture I just would like purchase what I have decided to purchase and that is it!" Then I asked her not to double bag my 3 items and she did it anyway. She didn't give me a receipt. oclock 7/24/19 I was very unhappy when I left the store. The presumptuous and judgemental attitude may keep me from going there again. I do what I want with money, its no ones business but mine. This cashier is free to do what she wishes with hers cash, but some people are barely getting by and cannot spend just because a bystander thinks that they should.
