When I came into the store the girl at the counter told me there was no vet in the back. She was very unprofessional and rude.The vet was ok ; I had to pay for an examination to get shots, and the doctor rubbed my dogs ,back checked her heart rate ,and looked at her teeth.I suppose that’s an exam.I will get shot records from the vet in the state I moved from.I will not return to that store. Honestly the cashier at the front of the store is the cause of that decision.I was polite and respectful; I expect the representative for a business should be as well.Respectfully:D.H.

Very polite and helpful to my babies. I have brought a few of my dogs, recently a rescue we just adopted and they were amazingly kind and knowledgeable and helped with the discomfort in his ear.

The whole group was very nice. The vet went over everything and we will coming back for her next shots. And the place was very easy to get in too, even if you have to wait. It is first come. Thanks

Both ladies were nice. My opinion if you are checking a patient to patient leaving you should not answer phones. My dog is very excited and wants everyone's attention which he did not get. Dr didn't pay any attention or try to relax him at all until tech finally came over. We sat in there for 15 minutes before either one even acknowledged my dog. Dr didn't even speak to us until after exam, not a word. I will be back if not the same Dr.

I did not catch their name, but Bruno is usually really scared to go to the vet and usually cries a little when he gets an anal gland expression ,but let me tell you how gentle they were with him not a single noise from him. It was our first time here too!!

Lindsay & Macee are the best at the Canton Meijer location. They give all my rescues the best care and are very patient. They’ve went out of their way to help me with any microchip issues and even contacted customer care for me. I have a closer clinic but prefer to drive further to this location for their expertise and great service.

Dr. Keating was extremely helpful and explained everything to me better than any vet has taken the time to. I most definitely recommend taking your pet here!

Quick, wonderful care. Accurate diagnoses and great well checks. Prices reasonable. The Veterinarian takes time to talk with you re your pet. Very nice people.

I brought my dog in for an ear issue and they took care of him. They answered all my questions. They were very nice.
