I'm there 2-3x a week! Best place to get more for your money. I will NEVER (except for CERTAIN items ?)buy retail/pay full price AGAIN!!

They put the name boutique behind thrift, and then charge you even more than things sell for online. Worst thrift store in Ohio.

They are outpricing themselves

These are the most absurd prices I’ve ever seen coming from someone that thrifts a LOT. You could buy half of what’s in the store at Ross brand new for significantly cheaper. Even a lot of the items aren’t close to worth it with the 6”50% off days. It sucks because it’s a huge store with tons of clothing but just seeing the prices was infuriating.

Love the clothes here, but the prices are very high, considering these clothes were donated to them. There are no changing rooms so you won't be able to try on any clothes. Sometimes, the employees can be short with you and not want to talk.

Bought three pairs of jeans, hoping they would fit me because their fitting rooms arent open. I cannot even return them because they don't fit me because I couldn't use the fitting rooms.

Plan to spend time here, such a large selection. It’s wonderful for the abundance BUT unless it’s one of the discounted colors, prices are pretty steep. Many of the things I liked I saw for 20$. Expensive compared to other stores. But you can definitely find treasure here. Found an extra fine n merino wool turtleneck from banana republic with tag for 18$ and lots of other wool things I love.

Pretty horrible. The prices are absolutely insane. Thing after thing I pull off the racks and they're all like $50, $60, $120 without any good reason to be. Customer service is pretty bad, I've had to contest prices on things before where the sign says one thing and they try to ring it up as another. Also for some reason they write directly on objects with Sharpie to price them? There's a lot of stuff I've had to put back because the front of it was defaced. Lots of clothes to choose from but not if you need a deal. I regret donating here so much when Goodwill down the road is much more reasonable. Also on more than one occasion a staple has been poking out of something on the rack and I've cut myself. Bad vibes.

This is a decent thrift store.. Personally I think this particular store doesn't hire enough help because I always have to wait in line for twenty minutes. The store has 50 people and ¹/² a worker to wait on them. It's a problem.

I don’t think there’s a thrift store I don’t love, but this place is an overpriced dump.Seems like they get the castoffs from higher quality stores. Several of the items we looked at had tags worn off so badly you couldn’t read the size or material. Faded, worn, sagging stuff.Wildly overcrowded; couldn’t move past people in the aisles. The checkout line was way past the registers and down an aisle; the three register attendants seemed to be on a slowdown. Nobody came to let us in the restroom.

Unfortunately no longer worth the drive like the reviews say. Prices are way too high. Huge selection but u really have to search for a good price anymore. Fitting rooms still closed…

The selection is good but the prices are high for a thrift store. They also closed the changing rooms a while back and won't reopen them for some reason. So customers are expected to buy clothes that they aren't certain will fit right, but can't return them if they don't? It doesn't make sense. It's worth a stop if you're willing to take a chance but otherwise I'd steer clear. It used to be the only thrift store I'd shop but I don't bother with this place anymore.
