Terrible experience. I was trying to close my fathered account since he has passed away the rep on the phone told me to go to my local store so I did. Only to be told at the store I had to go to a corporate store. Would have been nice to been told that to begin with. The guy at the store said well just stop paying it what are they going to do. What kind of response is that? Very disappointing with the service I have or should I say haven’t received.

Sent my elderly parents there to help register a product I purchased for them from another area. Easy fix for someone who works with their phone ( I have an apple)… they sent them away without helping but I guess they were nice while they neglected to help them..

I walked in to this location, with 2 customers standing at the counter with the single employee. No greeting, just a “I’ll be with you in a bit” after I already walked the length of the store. A person walks in after me that gets called up to the counter, so now this single employee is helping 3 people. 30 minutes and counting later, 2 of the people leave. I get told “I’ll be with you in a few minutes” while they proceed with the customer that was here. No asking to even see why I’m here, just completely ignored essentially. I just came to pick up an online order. I don’t mind a little wait, but when I walk in before someone, WHILE I HAVE AN ORDER ALREADY, and they get helped before me, I start having a problem. May be ahead to just cancel my order here and give the commission to someone else.

Went to this location and waited 30 minutes but they never opened. Online says they open at 9am… The little clock in the window said 9am, waited till 9:30am and no one came. Very frustrating. Went and gave my business to ATT.

I usually dread going into Verizon stores but went here and had Josh help me- he was awesome! Took his time, explained everything, was friendly and kind. He made it a great experience for me and I recommend you ask for him if going there

I entered the store to purchase a new phone, and Timothy made sure that I got the best deal and all the credits I was eligible for. Even though the store is understaffed, he kept customers' care at the highest priority and even stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of.

Timothy was great, he helped me pick the right phone and walked me through everything. Explained all options and costs and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back.

This place is sketchy.. they do nothing but lie! Please avoid at all costs. Employee was very rude and then lied about my new phone purchase for me and my husband. Was told no activation fees etc and that was a lie.. this place is sletchy. Go to real Verizon store and not these Russell cellular

Ashton helped me out with a Sim Card issue I was having with my phone. Dude was extremely chill and exudes excellent vibes. He explained things clearly and helped me set up my eSim. Need more people like this guy in this world.

Went in to upgrade my husbands phone and were told a multitude of lies. Starting with he would get a free Samsung watch with his phone purchase (per Verizon this was never even a promotion at the time) We were told to pick out 3 free accessories. This was also not true. Accessories were sold at a discount, not free. We were told Verizon would not take my husbands phone for trade because the back was broken (phone still worked) and we’d be further ahead to sell it outright. This was also not true. There was a promotion at that time for 800.00 off a new phone with a trade in. Apparently they get more money by not advising you of this promotion. Luckily months later when I noticed we were being charged for the “free” watch, Verizon corporate made it right. They had me ship my husbands old phone in and gave the 800.00 off promotion that was available at that time. I would highly suggest not going to this location. Owner/manager also emailed my husband after he left a review to basically say we were wrong, they didn’t lie, and they would not be fixing any issues we had.

I don't think there was one single thing. The guy was honest with us about when we got a phone here. Everything he said that was free we got charged for.. I would highly recommend not doing business with this establishment..UPDATE after talking to the owner they just tried to put everything on my wife and I and would not take responsibility for their employees pushing promotions that were not true. So please stay away from these Russell wireless stores.

The employee’s demeanor was highly unprofessional. The store’s management should be aware of her potential negative effect on their reputation. I’d advise potential customers to explore other Verizon stores near Belden Village for a more respectful experience.

Dishonest, stay away!!!I have had Verizon over 20 years, yes, that many! I have a business account and I was out of town with my husband at the Cleveland clinic and my cell phone cracked. I went in to this store and I had a new employee and the manager Kris Fox wait on me. I had insurance on my phone but was wanting to upgrade my husband's phone. I made it clear that my bill was $100 each month and that I could not afford anything but $20 more a month. I shared with them that it was critical we had one good phone due to serious medical conditions (I brought my husband from West Virginia to Ohio for stage 4 lung cancer treatments) , sadly they took advantage of my position.I paid $365 that day for his phone, and they gave me a replacement phone and that was good until I received a $285 bill next month, I went into the store and they told me they fixed it, next month, it was $250, so I went to the manager and he told me things about the employee he fired and said he would get with his district manager that he was sorry cause the x employee did not know cell phones. Kris Fox the manager never called me back and when I called him all he did was make excuses. I have asked him on several dates, per text, to have someone take care of the problem and he assured me that I would be refunded my money due to their mistake. It's been months now, and he still just tells me he's working on it. This is bad business, they lie and will tell you anything so they can move on and take advantage of the next customer.
