Supposedly there's a policy for no funds but all the signs we're blocked off by there products.Its terrible business, I stood in line for 45mins just to not get my money back. To exchange the purchase amount on their other fake stuff.***DONT RECOMMEND***

First in class customer experience. Friendly staff and the end product is better than expected. Pricing is fair and turn around times are fast. I've used them twice for screen printing and would definitely use them again.Their printers are as meticulous as they come. They will work with you to make sure you're 100% satisfied. I strongly recommend.

I have been working with Custom Apparel for a few years now. They have completed multiple projects for my company, VersaKinetic Therapy. Prior to finding Custom Apparel, I had worked with other businesses for the same needs and was extremely disappointed. I had to put forth so much effort into seeing when my order would be done, constantly calling and making sure I felt confident they would do everything right. As a small business owner, having extra time to do these tasks is extremely limited. When I started with Custom Apparel, it was a so refreshing. They are on the ball communicating with me and letting me know the status of my orders and the delivery time is fulfilled when promised. I, as well as my staff, have been excited to wear the fresh trendy designs and pieces Custom Apparel worked with us to create! We even have clients that have been asking where they could purchase some of the clothing! And as a small business owner, what a great way to market your company when others want wear your logo around town! Customer service, quality and turn around time have all been excellent!

Incredible experience ordering merch with Custom Apparel. Wicked fast service, high quality products and a sales team that knows what they are doing. I sent over a design and some basic information for what I was looking for - the team was quick and detail oriented in their responses and shortly after my 50 printed shirts arrived. They look awesome. Exactly what I wanted. Looking forward to re-ordering again!

Customer Service you can't beat! Incredible quality! I am a 19 year old starting a clothing company and knew relatively nothing regarding screen printing. Custom Apparel took me through all the steps in the process and the final product was better than I could've imagined. Custom Apparel also suggested that I use a different color for one of my designs and now it is by far the most purchased product from my store. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Great company that really cares about the customers final product. I made this account solely to leave a review because that is how pleased I was with my experience with Custom Apparel.

Amazing customer service!!! I placed an order and had my shirts within a week!!! WOW. Custom Apparel sure knows how to run a business!! The quality is amazing and the art work it PRO!!!! I paid $130.00 for an airbrushed picture of my husbands car on a t-shirt for a Christmas present for him. When I went to pick up the shirt I was horrified to see that the airbrushed design didn't even look like a car, even after I had sent them six pictures of it. When I expressed my disappointment with the shirt, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior by the owner and the workers. They refused to give me a refund, even after I told them I will not be taking the shirt home. They treated me as more of an nuisance than an actual customer. I do NOT recommend this store and I will not be going back.
