Absolutely worst to deal with on the warranty forever program, so if considering going to this dealership I would find a better dealership to go car shopping at (if possible I would have gave a zero star)

I've been meaning to leave a review. I bought a brand new battery from here 2 years ago. I called in to make an appointment for a replacement battery. I went to the service appointment, well actually my wife did. The service tech asked what my wife was there for, she said a battery replacement I have a 72 month warranty. The service tech said okay let me verify this information, so she says okay. An hour later the tech comes out and says, "Mam this is way more serious than a battery, your alternator is bad, and you need replacement wires for your battery, did you see the video I sent over to you?" My wife says, "No I didn't!" This is because he sent the video to me. My wife then calls and say, "this is serious, we need almost $1300 worth of work done to this car!" I'm instantly upset because I keep this car maintenance very well and I know that it wouldn't drive if the alternator was bad!!! So I tell her to leave now, don't pay for anything, luckily she did, because she almost bought a brand new alternator for nothing. Long story short, later that day I took it to Mr. Tire out in the Falls, he looked at it. And all it needed was a replacement battery which cost me $350 from them. I was just glad that I was able to dodge that $1300 bullet. This place use to be Amazing a year or so ago. I'm not sure what happened, New Management or what?? But stay away, they'll have you spending unnecessary money, and they don't honor their warranty's at least for my wife they didn't. Very disappointed in this company!! Horrible place! You shouldn't be allowed to do this to anyone.

Went in for a coolant flush for my truck. Took 30 minutes longer than they said it would and cost $30 more than they quoted (telling me the quote didn't include fees or sales tax, which seems misleading to me). So far as I know they are competent, but I will go elsewhere next time.

Got a vehicle from them in 2022,costing me 32,000 for a used vehicle that was a 2017 had a few things wrong with it and a dent they was supposed to get fix that never got fixed and haven't had the vehicle but 2 yrs and the cameras quit,the heater blower was bad and radio quit and that ain't all in just 2 yrs lol , now I owe on a car that ain't even last me 2 yrs and haven't had it long enough to trade in so I'm in a bad situation.

Bought a truck from them that ended up having issues immediately. Tried to call my sales man and the store itself for 2 weeks and not one person knows how to answer a call or return phone calls. All my rims were bent and check engine light on. They sold me a warranty clearly without properly inspecting the truck first.

I'm sure this has not been everyone's experience, but my experience with VanDevere was very frustrating. We went to them several times for service on our vehicle, and multiple times a new problem on the vehicle would crop up in the very area they had serviced almost immediately once we got the vehicle back. I mentioned the issues to them and asked them to fix the problems they had caused at no charge, and they were unwilling to do this. We finally stopped going to them and when we took the vehicle to another shop he informed us that Vandevere had put some wiring back on wrong that had caused the antilock brake system to fail. Overall, the people were polite but the management was unwilling to admit their failures and they did several things wrong. I would recommend taking your vehicle for service somewhere else.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!!
my title was sent to the wrong address, they would not send me a new temp tag so my tags were expired and my car got impounded because i’m a single mom of 3 that was my only car i had no choice but to drive it… they told me to fill out all this paper work and they would send me a new title only to do all of that and now they said they CANNOT send me a new title i have to do it through my own bank… still not offering any compensation for my car being impounded for this issue or a temp tag….. so here i am with no car racking up the fee to get it out day by day because they told me wrong info to begin with!!!
not to mention a week after i bought the car i got a giant bubble in the tire so i called to see if there was anything they could do and they said no ??
they really don’t care about the customers take your business elsewhere!!!!

My sales person was Richie Allen, who presented himself as very knowledgeable on everything that I had a question on. I've been dealing with this location since 1997 and I still love you guys. I think he deserves a raise or a good lunch, whichever comes first.

Don't take your car to be serviced at VanDevere! They completely ruined my screws to my air filter, they insist on selling you things you don't need. They tried to get me to replace my whole exhaust over a broken bracket piece! Beware!
