Rude staff, disappointing for the area . Would not recommend. I’d say the Saturday morning guy does not want to be there .

In this digital world sending mail/packages can seem complicated. I started coming to this post office after having numerous unpleasant experiences at other post offices closer to my home. I appreciate the friendliness, patience, and help.

The guy at the counter in the mornings this week is incredibly rude. Short, dark hair, and just flat out unwilling to admit he made a mistake. You could tell he didn't want to be there. Not welcoming at all. He opened up and was a complete grouch to the person in front of me and nyself. He needs to be fired. He told me yesterday that he couldn't sell me stamps until today. I go back today to pick up the stamps and he told me that they couldn't sell them until 11am. Mind you it is 8:30 am and I was there the previous day Then he proceeded to tell me he never told me they were available to sell this morning. Told me he told everyone 11 am. Basically called me a liar. He has no business being in any type of customer service job. He needs to go.

The person helping me this morning could not have been more UNHELPFUL. I'm not an expert on sending packages so I may ask a question or two, and that should be ok, not met with someone who is clearly annoyed with me for not being an expert. Really terrible customer service. Very disappointing.

I wish the usps in Medina (where I live) was this nice. The staff was helpful and friendly, hardly had any wait either of the times I've been.

They only come down to my street 3 times a week to deliver mails and packages. Other days they never show up on the road. Extremely lazy people to work with. Never showed up on the road then they file a false claim that there is no access to delivery location. I have a 3-car wide driveway which is impossible to block and a mailbox facing directly to a busy road. I have a time lapse footage showing no single USPS vehicle passing the road yet they say they were here and unable to access to the driveway. Terribly unreliable.

It’s nice to have a post office close by for all of us that live in town. You can almost always get in and out quickly.

Conveniently located next to the high school. People inside seem nice. Parking lot a little bumpy but not bad.

We do the best we can. Just like any other place of employment - you have good and bad employees. It is not an easy job. We are humans and make mistakes like everyone else. We are timed, followed, monitored, deliver in any kind of weather, many of us do not stop from the time we swipe in until the time we swipe out. Not to use the restroom or eat. New carriers get brought on all the time and if they don’t know the route - things may get delivered wrong or not at all. Even harder when you don’t know the area. Please understand that we deliver anywhere from 100 to 600 packages a day on top of the mail. Personally - I walk anywhere from 12 to 16 miles a day, climb at least 20 flights of stairs all while carrying up to 40 pounds in my bag and arms.

Time after time you wait in long lines with one clerk. Then when it is finally your turn, you would hope that they would be friendly, but NO that would be to much to ask for at the Copley PO. Always understaffed (and not just recently) and put out to help. This PO does NOT reflect the lovely community of Copley.

Suspicious... One lady tried to charge an additional fee on a prepaid label and stated the information on the label and the box doesn't match and that the rate changes. First off, you don't ask customers how much they paid for a label, it's completely irrelevant to your task. Have a good feeling she was trying to finesse in hopes of catching a gullible Asian. This wasn't just for one label, this was for two and they were both freshly created a few days ago. Anyways, i decided to take my packages to the other local post office by Fairlawn and they accepted it completely fine without requesting for an additional fee. What a disgrace.
