Our courier is great and when I was worried and called the local Firestone Park Brown St center the person Cindy was VERY helpful. Her and our courier worked to get the package to us, even though the address number was incorrect. They are ver kind hardworking and so helpful.

This is the worst post office.I come in once a month to send in my rent,and there is always an issue.This time it's getting double charged..do better

Can't get ahold of customer service..... I dropped off a FedEx package in your drop off outside your place and it hasn't moved. What do you do with FedEx packages? Do I need to come get my package.

First time visiting and the last. Rep was attitudey and obviously doesn't know what can and can not be shipped through the mail. I have a small business ship packages regularly. Rep told me I can't ship which is false. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The attitude she gave was completely unnecessary she wasn't even busy ? ewww just ewww

Not sure why you would leave a package in the driveway and not at the front door like every other package carrier. I guess it's too much to walk a couple more steps.

Multiple problems from getting mail for old residents to arranging a pick up online only to have nobody pick it up tho i did recieve a confirmation of pick up by email the next day to getting a notice they are unable to deliver something- when im home with the doors open.Just a shame they dont want to actually do their jobs

Delivery of only one of two packages, both bearing the wrong zip code, and after this office has been holding the second package for a week they send it back to sender. I have called numerous times and been told I would have it delivered and also a call back. Nothing was done. Few days ago they were looking for it...I avoid this location because it's always a mess and found Tallmadge totally worth going out of my way to send off my packages. I will have my important packages delivered to a trusted address and post office from now on. So sad

The people here are always so friendly and super helpful. I have to come here often after moving to the area and am often pleased by their service. They are often sadly understaffed, but this is not due to their own fault. Lovely people despite having to put up with a lot of jerks.

Constantly getting others mail in our box. NOT ONLY DID WE LABEL OUR MAILBOX, but we also have sent back mail multiple times stating NOT A RESIDENT. Mailpersons: Your job is to CHECK THE MAIL BEFORE PUTTING IN A MAILBOX. THAT SIMPLE. I even labeled the last names of the current residents for you. Literally so unsafe.
