  I don't get sales ads half the time. And if there are food coupons other neighborhoods get, I rarely get them. I have complained to the post office in person, but they DON'T CARE!!!😡😡😡😡 I get my bills with no problem and junk mail.😡

  The new mailman is horrible. Always sends my packages/mail to the next address! HORRIBLE.

  I have been waiting on certified mail since November 27th. The package left the NJ facility the same day it was purchased and I had tracking initially tell me it would arrive by 9pm on Monday 12/2. Tracking then updated to “in transit to next facility, arriving late.” Then 8 days later on Tuesday 12/10 it finally updated to arriving by 9pm again. Then on Wednesday 12/11 it updated to arriving between 1:30-5:30pm which was SUPER exciting because it has something in it that I needed for Wednesday night but NOPE - Tracking then updated to 8:00pm, then 9:00pm, then “we’re sorry it will arrive next business day.” WELP I waited around all night Wednesday night so that I could sign for it just for us to have to arrive to our commitment so late that we couldn’t even order dinner anymore (Needless to say we went to bed hangry).
  
  It is now Friday 12/13 and the tracking updated this morning to “preparing for delivery” and hasn’t changed since. Everytime I attempted to call to figure out what the heck is going on (before 5pm) the phone would just ring endlessly and hard stop, no voicemail or alternative contact method. I am beyond frustrated as I have legitimately structured my life to ensure that someone would always be home to sign for this package, heck I’ve been sleeping on the couch to make sure I wake up if someone knocks on our door super early in the morning. This thing is THAT important to me. I have video surveillance that records and saves any activity so I am 100% certain that no one has made an attempt to deliver it yet.
  
  There is a reason why we use a paid service like certified mail, please treat it as such and deliver my dang mail, respectfully. I wasn’t going to write a review because it’s Christmas time and I get delays to an extent, but the unanswered phone calls became the last straw. I don’t understand how I could be receiving other forms of mail but certified mail that is supposed to offer an extra layer of protection is getting lost in the sauce.

  Never attempt to ring bell or knock when a package or envelope needs signed. Even tho I'm home and literally waiting for the package.

  They NEVER answer the phone and loses mail. When you go there to find out about it , they pretty much tell you oh well.

  This place is the worst out of them all my mail is always 2 or more days later than the original delivery date and when I call to check on my mail people are rude and tell me it’s not enough people that work there to go look for my mail!

  The USPS as a whole is okay, but this branch is terrible!They wouldn't work with me AT ALL when I had a family emergency that constituted me driving halfway across the country. I sent a letter to authorize another individual to pick up my package but they wouldn't let said individual pick up my package.Cmon Akron USPS. Do better.

  Worst service my items sit there for dayyyys. And I only live in Barberton. Worst service. My item is there now been there 2 days won't be delivered for 2 more. Unacceptable I hate the usps but it's not like we have much of a choice. Got there at 1:13pm on the 16th won't be here for 2 days. I live 15min Way how is that possible. The delivery date got changed twice too. The tracking is useless. So bad not just Akron the whole usps

  Terrible service, carriers returning certified mail unclaimed even if you give notice on the tacking numbers per their system, that you will pick it up. Poor poor service, figure it out Kenmore

  They lose my mail alot and it takes forever to get what I need . Sometimes my bills have been payed late because of them doing who knows what.

  I do a lot of mailing with Kenmore/East ave post office for my business. Very helpful and they all have a good sense of humor laughing at my jokes . I never walked out disappointed
