I ordered a PO box over 2 weeks ago and still never received a key. Been in 3 times to check and management still hasn’t done anything. I feel bad for the front desk clerks. They have no support, understaffed, and no one cares. Typical government efficiency.

I'm going to end up filing a lawsuit against this post office if my important mail keeps coming up lost or missing this is literally the fourth time within a year that this is happened completely uncalled for my mail is time sensitive and very important so when things get misplaced or not delivered it affects my life East Akron location has to be the worst and something needs to be done if not on a local level then a federal level

0 stars I've been waiting OVER A WEEK PAST THE DAY SHE SAID THEY'D BE OUT TO CHANGE LOCK ON MY MAILBOX 8 DAYS LATER HERE I AM STILL CAN'T GET MY MAIL. IVE LITERALLY CALLED ALL DAY AND WOULDN'T YA KNOW IT NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE AND REST ASSURE THEY ARE OPEN 4 MORE HOURS AND I'LL JUST KEEP CALLING!
TOMORROW I WILL BE THE FIRST PERSON THERE BELIEVE THAT!!

Customer service is none existent. I have a package that hasn't left the first place it was dropped off at in over a week so I tried to call. I spend 30 mins on the phone trying to ONLY put my tracking number in and they say I HAVE TO put it in before they can connect me to an agent. Then they tell me they have "no new information" and that they cant connect me to an agent bc they aren't open yet. Then why did I just spend 30 mins trying to put the tracking number in? I cant talk to a human, there is zero email addresses, they have my package and have just sat on it for over a week. Learn to do your job!!! HOW IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO A PERSON!!!!

Opening hours from Monday to Friday is 8:30am but this morning after waiting for 30’ until 9:00am one clerk open side door and said “ we’re short of staff “. What kind of business federal government run is it?When ask “ are you guys close today? “ the respond was “ no, we’ll open later “.We demanding an answer from Akron post master. Your post office disrupted the citizen business, we have a small business to run ourselves!I really see our tax dollars at work

I am in so much disbelief right now, i’ve been waiting all week to get a simple letter and article of clothing from my diseased relative, we were not lucky enough to get to live together like we used to , foster home to foster home hit like a train wreck, and this really was the last straw. I wait all week to get my simple package, i look outside and there is NOTHING and the wait doesn’t even begin to explain why i’m upset, i wait these past days but it’s the fact that it says it had delivered, thus lying to me about it and getting my hopes up once again, yeah, this post office is HORRIBLE!
