I live in a house and my package wasn’t delivered bc “they couldn’t access me without a code or key”…I live in a suburb where packages are left on my door or back porch all the time. I was specifically waiting for this package for a client of mine, seems like people just don’t want to do their jobs? There was nothing preventing it from being delivered on that day.

I was very clearly frantically filling out an address to get a package mailed this morning when the postal worker came out to the lobby to say, “We close at noon.” Then proceeded to lock the doors just as I was sealing my envelope. 12:01pm. I couldn’t believe how rude she was okay with being to me!! Just do yourself a favor and don’t bother going here. Drive to Fairlawn or 2nd Street for better customer service.

Do yourself a favor. Just go to a different post office. You have a 90% chance of being treated like garbage no matter how kind you are to the front desk workers.

Always getting mail for someone else they delivered a package to my residence that sat on my porch for a good week with not at this address written on it my roommate dropped it off at the wolf ledges post office on her way to work 5 days later i get a letter accusing me of stealing the package and threatening to stop my mail

I wanted to give the post office 0 stars! But, that was not an option!None of the prompt were what I needed, and couldn't speak with a representative. Terrible service. I sincerely hope FedEx put the US Post Office out of business!
