I had a package coming from Arizona, went to the Akron facility and they sent it to South Dakota (I’m in Ohio!!) we also have been getting our bills way late (I’m talking just now getting bills from November/ December) do better.

Not only do they lose or misplaced packages, but the website never works. After entering all the relevant information, all I get is a directive to try again later. Such a waste of time.

This place is like a black hole. If your packages come here; they won't ever make to you. My mail always gets lost here.

This Akron distribution center is number 1 for loosing mail. This center has cost my hundreds $ of hours of frustration, loss of money and their lack of customer service looks bad on my business

I had an appointment at 1000 am at the Wolf ledges in Akron Ohio renew my passport I was 5 minutes late and the lady who handle the passport desk was so unprofessionally mean refused my .appointment and told me to reschedule. The night before I had fell in front of the post so I had struggled with a cane to get there on time. I would like to put in a complaint. I am unhappy with the service I received from this post office. She would not talk to me but to the clerk that was working to tell me to reschedule. The machine in the post office did not work to reschedule at home. I just left.

Always sending packages to wrong part of city or a completely different city/state all together. Been going on for months. Very incompetent employees.

Today is a perfect example of how horrible USPS is. Three separate packages arrived at the 44309 sort facility over the weekend. One going to my house that should have been delivered Saturday went to Tallmadge, I don't live in Tallmadge. One is stuck in the 44309 sort facility no update available except "arriving late." The third went to 44302, same facility as 44309, but instead of going out for delivery it has been marked with a "status exception" and is back again in 44309. Three out of three screw ups on this day. Way to go USPS.

Informed Delivery told me I had a package coming YESTERDAY which wasn’t delivered and no tracking updates have been given. It’d be nice to know when and where my stuff is coming.

This is my regional branch as I live in a suburb of Akron, so all my packages should go to my town next. Instead, they keep sending them elsewhere, and they end up on tour. And this seems to happen more often than not. Expensive packages I've been tracking for a week or two overseas. They go exactly where they're supposed to, till they get to Akron, then someone who can't read a label sends it back to Cleveland, Dover OH, North Carolina, or some completely random place. Whoever is doing this needs fired.

The Akron center is the black hole of the postal system. I mailed a 2 day package on 12/4 and it arrived in the Akron Distribution Center the same day. It did not leave the distribution center for 3 days and arrived at its destination in 5 days.

I have been here for more than 2 hours and they can't load the trailer and unorganized place to pick up loads. There was no 0 to give. 1 star is toooo much for this place.

Ok for stamps, package supplies. They don't have photo copy equipment any longer. But then that's the govt for you. They take your tax money, but don't give you service anymore.
