This place is a hot mess. Absolute chaos, with no staff keeping anything in order. They are all at the front desk goofing around instead of watching the attractions and making sure they're being used right. The message that was left by a Lisa, was an absolute joke. If I'm paying $25 for my 4 year old to play, then there should be staff members monitoring the area making sure larger kids are using the area correctly. But the message said to come during a 2 hour window during the week. My kid is tall enough to be charged the $25 to play, but should come when there's no big kids? How about you do your job and make them use the area correctly. They covered the exit of the NINJA COURSE with a mat because they didn't want kids entering that way. Maybe try using one of your many staff memebers at the front to stand there and monitor it. Pretty sure that's a fire and safety hazard. I will do all I can to get this experience heard by the top people at this company, and also heard by the fire Marshall. I will never return to this place again.

My child got EXTREMELY sick after playing here. And it’s not the first time this has happened.Every time I come here with my children, at least one of us gets sick. The last time was no exception, except this time my child got severely sick. Whatever cleanliness and sanitation practices they have here (if they have them) simply do not work.On a side note, I did loose my phone in the ballpit and the amount of filth, old food, socks, ponytails, etc that I pulled up was honestly appalling. Please change your cleaning and sanitation methods or actually implement them. We love this place and have great fun here, but it’s not worth going here when we risk contracting serious illnesses every time we come here. For our children’s sake, do better.

It’s with regret that I feel obligated to share my experience. When this place first opened it was great, friendly welcoming, however, as a frequent visitor I have seen a slow decline to the point I will not visit again nor recommend it. There are plenty of other places that appreciate your presence. Once you get past the front desk, which is a friendly bunch, you are met with rude, and workers not doing their jobs. Falling asleep, resting their heads down, not paying attention to what’s happening and being mean to children is not part of their job description or is it ?I understand being crowded, but when there are obviously too many people being allowed to jump because workers are busy with their phones or falling asleep not paying attention that’s an issue.I guess when they get their first lawsuit against them for negligence, just then maybe things will change.I recommend that you spend your money somewhere else. It’s obvious shareholders are ONLY concerned about taking your money.

THE MOST GHETTO ESTABLISHMENT FOR KIDS.They seem to only hire young adults/teens who absolutely do not enjoy their job, children or any aspect of what this job entails. The only requirement to work here is to be rude to the children & parents and horribly monitor each station. They sell overpriced tickets and then allow way too many children and families in here so that it’s not an enjoyable experience whatsoever. There’s supposed to be a team member at each station running it, but they also allow too many children in each section and then are rude to them. They act like they don’t wanna be here, resting their heads on their arms. This place sucks and it’s a rip off and I hope everyone takes their kid elsewhere.

I love the layout of the park but my kid had a ultimate / deluxe pass I paid 30$ for so he could ride everything and the worker was letting kids without it on the go cart but told mine he couldn’t get on . Also the thing you’re supposed to try to jump / and dodge the kids get yelled at if they try to jump over it and accidentally touch the rotating stick . Apparently they’re supposed to just lay flat on the floor the whole time ? Stupid . The staff didn’t seem to like children one was too busy with his girlfriend to pay attention to the kids while he was at an attraction . It is definitely a hectic environment here . Teenagers in the area that’s only supposed to be for 7 year olds and under getting mad at them among other things . Also when I came here for a birthday the room was hot as a sauna the host and guests were complaining . I’m not understanding why they would allow this after all the money she spent on a party . Also if I read the previous comments about what happened with the employees all fighting around children I would never have returned . That is down right trashy I would never fight around children and never would fight at my job . But guess that’s Akron or close to it what can you expect just sad glad I’m not from there . One worker was too busy kissing his girlfriend for 5 minutes when he was working at a obstacle instead of watching the kids . I hope the staff members putting children in danger were let go . I will drive out of my way to go to the westlake location from now on . I also seen workers let kids harness themselves . Just lazy . Do better , someone’s kid will end up dead here

The off brand bottled water is over priced (the other concession prices are very favorable) and some attractions may be slower on busy days…. But that is minor when it comes to the service this place delivers. They do a wonderful job keeping a chaotic environment well controlled. We’ve been here 5 times now and always had a great experience.

Get some security. You can see how others left reviews of the huge fight on 1/28/24. Family was terrified and ruined my daughter's birthday. Steer clear at all costs.

We had a birthday party for my son on Sat, Feb 3, 2024, from 5 - 7 pm. We arrived a little early & we were introduced to our hostess & taken to our room. The hostess seemed fine at first, she stayed & helped get the wristbands on my son’s wrist & on a couple of friends who arrived early too, & then she left without a word. I assumed she was going to come back to finish getting bands on other guests’ wrists when it was closer to 5 & help guide the evening - I thought wrong. She never came back, so I went to find her, and she was playing around w/ other employees behind the main counter at the entrance & it took me a minute to get her attention. I asked her if the kids could play & she told me yes, but then returned behind the counter w/out any further guidance. I went back to the room & told the kids they could play, but forgot most of them didn’t have wristbands on, so we had to scramble to get the kids back to get their bands on.FYI - Here’s exactly what it says about the hostess in the email you receive after booking a party: You will love your dedicated party host! Your host will take care of the entire party setup and after-party cleanup. During the party, your host's responsibilities include check-in, checking waivers, wrist banding participants, providing jump socks and explaining the rules of the park. Your host will also serve pizza and dessert (if applicable), direct the flow of the party, and provide any and all assistance needed for the party and party parent. The hostess did get wristbands on a guest who arrived at 5:30, & I told her that I was a little aggravated because she disappeared, she apologized & said it was because she had to help with other parties (so much for having a dedicated party host), but this bothered me because I saw her earlier messing around w/ other employees, so I kind of clammed up because I was getting even more aggravated & I didn’t want to risk ruining anything for my son & walked away from her. Which, maybe wasn’t the best of me, but my husband & I paid a lot for this party & were under the expectation that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything & it was far from the truth. The kids were playing & having a great time, but it was very overcrowded & the employees were not minding the stations or caring about what was happening. One aggressively yelled at kids the moment one of the attractions ended & others were on their phones. My husband actually had to save a 1-year-old from falling into the ball pit twice because no parent or employee was watching them. About 15 minutes til 6, my hostess finds me & asks me about food, which we had discussed earlier about being served at 6. I confirmed with her that I still wanted that & it seemed fine. Everyone was in the room at 6 & the pizzas were there, but not the chicken we ordered, the drinks, or the hostess. The party manager showed up & asked me how things were going and I told her “They’re going” because I didn’t want to get into how unhappy I was w/ my son sitting right there. The manager tells us the hostess will be back soon w/ everything, but it isn’t until 6:15/6:20 that food gets served & then the hostess asks us if she wants us to serve the chicken or have our guests do it themselves, I asked her to do it & that we could get seconds on our own. She didn’t seem too happy about it, but she did it and then disappeared again. We served the desserts ourselves. There are some more tiny details, but I think you can get the overall picture of our experience. There were also no balloons, no scratch-off party favors, & honestly, I feel like I can say we didn’t get a “private party host”. I feel like we are owed some kind of refund because the party I thought I paid for wasn’t the one we received. I do want to say, I don’t hold the employees 100% at fault for this, the owner of this location is clearly overworking their staff and just cramming in as many birthday parties & people as they can without caring about the overall exper

I won’t critique the craziness of the season but I will say that I tried to buy my daughter juice but good luck with that. They don’t have apple juice or orange juice but they have plenty of booze. It’s a kids trampoline park, why are you serving alcohol. Doesn’t add up.

Horrible experience. Not worth the $30. This place is dirty and overcrowded. Limit the number. My daughter was strapped by the employee to climb the wall and slipped and flipped upside-down and almost fell head first as the harness was not strapped tight enough. Revisit your safety training of your employees ad they were more engaged with their cell phones. Staying away for good. 1 star ?

I really didn’t know what to expect coming here for the first time but I was thoroughly pleased. The staff/customer service was very good today. Everyone was so hopeful from when I called with questions and at the establishment. Mind you their staff is mostly very young people. They were attentive and patient with the children. Glad my membership purchase wasn’t in vain.

Definitely avoid Urban Air in Fairlawn!!!! We were there this evening for my daughters friends birthday party to which I’ve never been. A ton of young, immature kids who worked there caused a huge mess of a fight, the workers sadly were the ones causing 95% of the chaos, someone said gun shots went off, I never in my life have put my child in a situation like that before and my heart was broken today watching other kids running around crying yelling dad/mom because they couldn’t find them.. the employees acted DISGUSTING.. little kids running trying to hide because the employees were fist fighting, throwing tables around, slamming each other into them right next to children sitting down eating dinner. My first time ever there & my last but to say the least, that place is trash and for that I will NEVER take my kids there again. To each there own but I really just posted this to say that I hope everyone that was there tonight was safe and made it home OK! ???????❤️

We were there on 1/28/24. I brought my daughter and her friend there. As I was sitting at the high top chairs by the bumper cars a staff member walked past screaming at someone in the cafe. He walked into the cafe. I could see where I was sitting, a woman staff member was holding him back. A few minutes later he and 2 other men walked past me. One had a mask on and pulled his hood up as he walked by. 5 seconds later I heard a scream and smashing sounds. I jumped up and went into the bathroom hallway behind me and heard all the commotion. Someone screamed gun and I called 911. I ran to look for my daughter but it was so chaotic. Running screaming/crying children. I ran back to the table in case she was running there. I finally found her and we grabbed our things and ran out. The cops were walking in when we were leaving the building. They were so scared and traumatized. My daughter’s friend was so worked up she threw up. Never in my life had I been more scared. It am disappointed/ heartbroken that staff/public would put children in danger. We will never return here and will spread the word for what happened that day.

I took my children & nephews to urban air to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on Sunday afternoon. It started out incredibly fun, and while they were having a great time, I was picking up on some red flags. They appeared to be understaffed, with one or no staff members present at attractions. Two of the kids in our group participated on the climbing walls and while strapped into their harnesses the staff member at that attraction left several times, with several minutes of no supervision where the kids were all strapping themselves into the safety cables. I started to be more observant and keep a closer eye on the kids under my care but noted that several kids, including many very young kids were not supervised. A little over an hour into our time there while I had 3 out of my 4 kids engaged in attractions with harnesses and safety cables, a fight broke out between a young staff member and an adult patron. Initially staff was trying to break it up, but it started at the front check in and continued toward the snack area. Two of my kids were on the ropes course above this area as staff members were pushing & shoving eachother, screaming profanities, throwing ripped hair onto the floor and causing a scene in front of many children’s birthday parties. Initially I encouraged my 2 kids on the ropes course to take their time finishing up to keep them away from what was happening below, but several staff members descended back to the front of the building and engaged in a fight that incited panic. People were screaming and running, tables, chairs and garbage cans were being thrown, there were loud bangs that at the time and you couldn’t discern where they were coming from. It was a riot. I rushed up the stairs on the ropes course to help my children down as the staff member in charge had left them to engage in this fight. My husband had another one of our children on the zip line at this time and she was also left strapped into her harness and cable on this ride as all staff left the ride. Thankfully she was able to get herself out and get to her dad. I was in a true panic as a mother trying to undo the carabiners keeping my kids attached to cables and unable to run out. Thankfully, I was finally able to get them out and follow others out the emergency exit to the back. It took several minutes for police to arrive and I suspect no one called at the onset of the fight, leading me to believe that customer & staff safety is not a top priority. We spent several minutes hiding our children behind an electrical box behind the business while seeing involved employees run out being chased by police. My children were all traumatized by this event that was supposed to be fun & kid-centered, but ended as a nightmare. I worry most for those that had large groups of kids and I’m sure couldn’t account for every kid in their party during the hysteria. I would never throw a party here and I don’t plan to ever return.
