Twice now, this locations has failed to ship packages i have dropped off, several months apart. It's the only two times I've been here. I dropped off an important package for my doctor and it never arrived, resulting in my having to purchase a new set of equipment from my healthcare provider that I must now send in again. The second package was for my workplace - and is considerably more expensive. I dropped it off I believe Friday of last week, and only heard today that it had been lost. That package was easily worth several thousand dollars. I don't know what they do over there, but this place needs an overhaul.

A one star because a zero is not an option. Did not properly process an expensive shipment then had poor customer service dealing with it. Would not have the owner call me.

It was a cold Saturday afternoon and I needed to ship a package. Unfortunately I made the worst mistake of my life and inconvenienced the worker with a lip ring by asking her to do her job. After her poor attitude, whining, and groans she was able to complete my transaction in under 1 minute. For which I apologized for profusely and she refused to accept. Look not everyone is cut out for a customer facing job but I would say she is by far the laziest and rudest. I’ll be sure to use the one on West Market Street so lip ring lady can do nothing all day!

I walked in the store to make two Amazon returns. I am standing in line with two packages that clearly say amazon. The store associate was looking down but then she looks up at me and just stares. She’s standing behind the counter she’s not helping another customer. I’m waiting for her to greet me or to tell me that she is ready to help me. She’s just looking at me! So I notice her clothes, she’s wearing little shorts, a T-shirt and flip flops with socks. She looks like she’s going to work out or something So I say to myself maybe she doesn’t work here? But then I remember that she is standing BEHIND the counter at the register so she MUST work here?! So I awkwardly smile and start walking up to the counter saying “Hi I have an Amazon return”. She points to the right and says “Amazon is over there”. I follow her hand and see a kiosk. This whole interaction was weird and unprofessional.So I proceed to the kiosk but her lack of customer services has annoyed me. The kiosk walks you through how to scan and seal your return but that’s it! It doesn’t tell you where to drop your return . At Whole Foods, if you use the kiosk a door opens for you to drop the package inside. At the end the kiosk said I was finished but I was still holding the return in my hand so clearly I'm not finished?? I press the back button on the kiosk because maybe I missed an instruction that tells you WHERE to drop the package at the end. I look around the kiosk there is no SIGNAGE that’s says “place returns here”. I’m literally doing all I can to not interact with the employee behind the desk again. Finally I can’t figure it out, so I ask the rude employee “where do I put this?” and she says “in the slot”. The kiosk has an uncovered hole that doesn’t look very secure. Why would I think to put my return in there? I think the store need clear instructions labeled if she hates doing Amazon returns. I never write reviews but this lady is horrible! Something told me to read other reviews and unsurprisingly she has already been complained about for this very thing numerous times ! This store associate must either be the owner or maybe it’s hard to get fired working at UPS. I live in Cuyahoga falls right down the street from the store on state road so I have no reason to ever return here again.

Arrived at the store to find a note on the door saying "be back in 10 minutes." I waited in my car for 20 minutes before the sign finally came down. I had two Amazon returns, and the woman working there told me I had to use the kiosk. I explained that I didn't know how to use it, and she rolled her eyes and said there are instructions on it. She then told me I had five minutes because the store was closing and she'd shut off the machine. Horrible service!

Awful experience. The staff member at the counter was incredibly disrespectful and refused to handle Amazon returns. She was dressed very sloppily and unprofessionally, which added to the overall negative impression. Just because I had six returns, including one very heavy package with a UPS label on it, I was requesting her to process them. She insisted that Amazon returns are only done at the kiosk, which was malfunctioning, and provided minimal assistance. Throughout my time in the store, she whined and complained to other customers about Amazon returns, making insulting comments about people who brought them in, including me as I struggled with the faulty kiosk. She complained that the store doesn't make any money from Amazon returns and wished everyone would go to Whole Foods instead. She even threatened to cut off the kiosk if I didn't hurry and said she would call the police and ban me from the store. I talked to several neighbors of mine, and they said they had similar experiences at that particular store. It was a miserable experience to visit a place that processes packages only to be insulted the entire time. I will not return.

I would just like to say a few words about the outstanding service at the Fairlawn/Montrose store that I always recieve from Francesca and Susan!
They both go out of their way to help me every time I’m in the store..
I have a son out of state.. I ship items to him often and both ladies help me by making sure ,
I save money and my son’s items are packed and delivered safe!
I also shop Amazon and they make returning a lot easier they help me with larger items even thou they have the self service portal they never make me wait in long lines and they remind me always to take my receipts and follow up to make sure my packages are received and I’m credited properly!
They are both A+ outstanding
