I’ve been going to Universal Body Shop for years and they always do a fantastic job! Staff is really friendly & super knowledgeable.The wheel wells on my truck were rusting and starting to look pretty bad, along with a bunch of other spots..took it to Universal and they got it looking brand new again! 5/5 starsServices: Painting

Representative doing the estimate did a lousy job, missing most of the damage. I think she didn't care because I wasn't having the work done there. This forced MY body shop to go through additional steps they shouldn't have to, had she done her job correctly.

I will forever owe my life and gratitude to them. This time here and the staff were truly awesome. I walked in broken and left healed. The place is clean, tidy and comfortable. I felt truly at home there the minute I walked in.

We were very impressed with the initial assessment process and the fact that we were told what to expect while she was staying there. Our daughter's counselor, the nurses and other staff were helpful every single time we called to check on her or ask a question. Our daughter said all the nurses and staff were very kind and helpful to her and appeared as though they were trying to help the other residents. All in all, this was a difficult experience for our family but they did everything they could to help our daughter and keep her safe. We really appreciate the amazing care she received.
