One of their company trucks was tailgating very close . Probably not something you should be doing in a company truck not good for business. If You're going to represent your business while advertising on a your vehicle prob should drive not so aggressive. If you're unprofessional with your company logo on your truck, you're probably unprofessional at your place of business.

I am traveling and needed to have a tree sap spot checked on my new Hyundai Santa Fe. My daughter has used the Akron Ultragloss shop for her car and suggested I go to the facility. Steve, the owner, and Amy, the customer service representative, were very understanding. Steve treated the spot himself and got me on my way. Their shop is clean, organized and very professional. They have a variety of automotive appearance services and I will definitely return for some of them in my next trip to Akron. A bg shoutout and thanks to Steve and Amy for their help!

They probably do great work, but driving erratically and randomly flipping people off while driving the company vehicle is wild to me. Not great advertising.

Crazy drivers. The driver in the little transit cargo van cut across lanes and ran the red light just to get on the highway off of graham Rd. Very unprofessional

Snyder and his team did a great job with re-finishing the factory wheels on my vehicle. They do not offer services to fix bent rims on the wheel. Highly recommend their services.

So my car was scratched by a bike handle. 2022 Kia Seltos & I only had it two months. Yes…devastated smh. So I couldn’t leave my baby like that. One of my best friends recommended Ultragloss because they did such a good job on his wife’s car. So ok I still got another estimate just in case but they were the more reasonably priced shop. Plus they did a great job on his wife’s car. Did an online estimate & they got back to me quick…first thing in the morning the evening after I did my estimate. Stopped up there & spoke with Toy who is super nice, booked my appointment & I couldn’t be more happier with my results! Thank you so very much for fixing my baby!Services: Auto body & trim repair
