do NOT book a haircut with the guy in the salon with curly hair, all I wanted was bangs I even showed him an exact picture. I ended up with a bird’s nest I don’t even understand how he messed up that bad. I genuinely don’t know how to fix this he ruined my hair. I also recently got a trim (not by him) and my hair was very healthy and he still cut off “an inch” it was definitely more than an inch. My hair also feels so dry I don’t know what he put in it. Legit went from having long healthy hair to my hair being ruined in the span of an hour, don’t go there he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

Discrimination by cashier Taryn. So rude. Was helping me find product, caucasian woman yelled that she was ready to check out. At that moment I had what I was looking for so as we walked to the registers she told me I had to wait then helped the other lady, I asked why was told because she was next. Um no she wasnt etc. Spoke w/manager he apologized. Wont be going back to that location.

I went into Ulta Beauty store 12-1-24 shopping for a new lipstick from Elf. I had a sales rep walking around the store with me helping look for the lipstick. We'll, when I walked out of the I was approached by three cops who were all in separate vehicles. They stated the cashier claimed I was shoplifting and I met the description of the shoplifter. I am guessing what I had in common with the shoplifter was that we both were black women. I explained to the police that I spend a lot of money in Ulta and I am in there all the time. They ran my license and let me go. But I am so humiliated and degraded by this experience. So, Ulta you loss a loyal customer for making a false accusations against me. You should terminate the person for lying on me. I thought racial profiling was getting better. At the end of the day my clothes did not match the shoplifter. I am guilty for being black...sad!!!!!!

I had my first hair appointment at Ulta today. What a wonderful experience. The stylist were all so nice. Krista did my hair and she knocked it out of the park. I absolutely love the way she cut and styled my hair. It’s perfect!!! I will definitely be back. Thanks Krista! ???♀️

I'm giving them a one star simply because my son applied for and was approved for a credit card. When he applied, the sales associate did not enter his cellphone or email which made it so he couldn't log into the app to pay. They do not take payments in store and they said they can not add the information and the customer service number is almost impossible to get any help.
The store needs to consider retraining their employees.

Lots of makeup options. One downside- the checkout line starts by the perfume section, so you might leave with a headache.
