Front desk ladies are impolite, they are doing their job carelessly, always there is an issue with them, they did not import my order to the system, they lost or through out the sample, wrong payment,.....BTW, the staff inside of lab and radiology are nice.

Everyone is NICE !! And they are very good at what they do ! Some days , like today, they were very busy . They just kept on working & we all were taken care of with their best expertise ! We all got done what we needed to get done ! Be respectful to our Health Care providers!

I visited this facility three times for a blood test. The first two times the computers were down. The third time they had no record of the order. Since the facility is 21 miles away I traveled 126 miles without success. Go somewhere else if you want a test.

This lab is always busy, so arrive early and be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes. The staff is always patient and friendly and do their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible.

I've had to have 3 blood draws at this lab in 2 weeks, not one was a good experience. The first time there was one person ahead of me and it took almost 40 minutes for me to be called back and they took someone who came in after me in first, the second time they stabbed me so deep it nicked a nerve and I am still having tingling sensations a week later, and the 3rd time again took 45 mins for 2 people head of me. I've gone to other uh labs and never had any problems, so I don't know what is wrong with this one.

The staff is always very friendly and professional. They are quick and just plain do a great job. My favorite place to have tests, xrays, mammograms!
